Favorite Japanese place to eat. My husband, who loves suchi, says Ninja is the best in the Houston area. We used to live in the area but moved several years ago. Whenever we're in town, we make a point to eat at Ninja. Great bento boxes and lunch specials.

I don’t understand why people keep going there regularly. I speak Chinese, and I can understand what the servers, waiters, and managers are saying while they’re serving you. They’re insulting you! Racists. The words are dirty enough so you could easily record them and take legal action. It doesn’t matter how much you respect them— the owner is aware of this and allowing this happen. There are good Japanese restaurants around Richmond, but definitely not this one.

The manager and wait staff both are rude. I asked the waitress why should was being rude and they started fake crying. Weird place. Try Top Sushi or Sushi Hanna or even Fuji Sushi. Steer clear of this place. Higher prices for Low quality sushi.

Premade sushi ?, sushi chef coughing over the food, horrible service, how on earth does this place have a 4.6 in reviews !?!? The bartender was eating at a booth in the corner instead of helping me place a Togo order.. literally finished eating and saw me waiting the whole time. Then I observed the premade sushi wrapped in plastic and the chef was sick. He coughed several times while preparing food for others. I left and I’ll never go back here again.
