Ordered food to go. Forced to tip minimum of 15% and this is what I get for cheese and bacon on the side!!
VERY DISSATISFIED! If you can't afford to give people what they ordered and force customers to tip prior to receiving service and goods, maybe you shouldn't be in the restaurant business!!

I don't normally do Outback, but thank God I tried them today. Via Uber, I ordered the Melbourne Porterhouse with baked potato and Caesar Salad. Everything was perfect, melt in your mouth goodness!!!!

This store goes above and beyond about their customer service, every single time. Managers Jason and Ali and all the crew, including server Lauren, always provide an amazing service. Jason and Ali even learned how to make an off-menu desert “Cinnamon Oblivion” that I mentioned having had in another country. They went to HEB to buy some ingredients and made it exactly as the original! That’s what I call service excellence! Needless to mention that’s my Outback to go!

We had an amazing experience at this locate. Ramey was an amazing waiter. He pay close attention to our needs and made excellent recommendations. He also anticipates our needs before we even asked. He made sure to check in on us from time to time. Over all this visit was a 10 out of 10.

Haven’t been to an Outback in a long while. Me son my 17 year old son went to this one today and it surpassed all my previous memories of this chain. Service was perfection! Food was so reasonably priced and delicious. Better than fast food any day!!
