The teriyaki chicken is horrible. It tasted old and rubbery and almost made my husband and I throw up. We also got bowls with honey sesame chicken and it tasted just as bad.

I go to Panda Express all the time, but today was honestly disappointing the portions were tiny and when I tried to ask why, the general manager just ignored me. That’s not how you treat loyal customers.

It's a panda express with a drive thru, clean inside, they were fast and food came out correct. Service was good, staff was friendly and nice. Fast and cheap Chinese food, what more do you want man?

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern and complaint regarding the portion sizes at one of your locations. Recently, I visited the establishment, and I noticed that the amount of food served was surprisingly small. I received only a few pieces of chicken for my entrée, and the side portion was minimal as well.

The employee who assisted me, whose name I believe was Amalya, could benefit from some additional training on portion sizes. I understand that maintaining quality and consistency across locations can be challenging, but I believe it is essential for customers to receive a satisfactory amount of food for their money.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope to see improvements in the future.

They charged my card before telling me that my food wasn’t ready. They didn’t even give me an estimated time as to when it would be ready. So I had to sit in the hot car for 20 plus minutes waiting for my food. If certain items are not ready, tell the customer that before you charge their card and allow them to make the decision on whether or not they want to wait.

When I order fried rice it's hard and over cooked. When I order chow mein it's mostly cabbage with hardly any noodles. The atmosphere isn't horrible, but the tables tend to be dirty when I dine in. Customer service could use work, but it's ok.
