I’ve been twice to this location and they always seem to be understaffed for evening shifts. The manager on duty, Ming, even was complaining about this to a coworker in front of me and the other customers in line. It is very unprofessional to be complaining about your job in front of your clients.
Ming was the one who attended me and didn’t even say anything to me, just gave me a blank stare (gen z stare?) until I asked “Are you ready for me?” then proceeds to nod.
Unprofessional.. in the service industry you should be more hospitable and speak.

Shelly at the window has the worst attitude, so rude. Food was awful.

they always stop serving food way before actual closing time and that is NOT okay. if you’re gonna stop providing service at a certain hour then maybe change your store hours accordingly but don’t deny people food simply because you wanna go home early.

My experience tonight was terrible. I have been a customer since the opening day of this place and I had the best opinion of the workers and the service in general, but everything changed because of the poor attention of Will, the guy who was serving, who was rushing me to place the order even though there was only one person behind me. Then he told the girl behind me about us and she was laughing at what he had done to my wife and me. We were just selecting the dish, which I don't understand why he was in such a hurry if what we wanted wasn't available at that moment and had to be prepared. But the guy was not friendly and looked uncomfortable, he was disrespectful. I think that if he doesn't like his job and has that character, he shouldn't be there working. Besides being in a hurry, when he served the dishes, he didn't do it correctly, the dishes were missing shrimp and the exact portion. I was able to notice because I was watching him serve it and it was intentional. In the end, when I checked, he gave me a small amount and the shrimp were missing. I spoke to the cashier to speak to the manager, and she told me she wasn't there. For this reason, I won't go back to this place as long as there are rude and disrespectful people. I don't recommend it to anyone. We won't be back to this place again.
Just left. U charge a 1.50 extra for shrimp and u give me 2, 2 piece of beef. Then last week u gave me rice instead of chow mein. Not coming back. Service is terrible. Get it together for u go out of business

Ming has a wonderful customer service. He is very polite and helpful. I am very satisfied with his customer service and his patience. His warm smile demeanor made us feel welcome. I appreciate all what he does! Thank you Ming!

The teriyaki chicken? Totally missed the mark. It was just...chicken. Where was the teriyaki sauce? Huge disappointment. And the fried rice? Flavorless. Seriously, how do you mess up fried rice? It tasted like plain rice with a few veggies thrown in. But the chow mein? That was the worst. It was basically a cabbage dish with a few noodles hiding somewhere. I mean, come on! Definitely not ordering from there again. 🙅♀️

Never again. They lost a customer ordered online through the app and it sent me to PayPal. It took 8.75 out of my bank account. I went to pick up the order and they said no one ordered it. I lost 8.75 and they lost a customer.

This was my 2nd time ordering take out through the drive thru
And both times they have messed up my order.
First time I ordered the compound chicken
And they gave me sweet chicken , my wife didn't want it so I ended up throwing it in the trash, this time I just got home and I ordered the beef Beijing
And one other plate all of them plates and 4 chicken egg rolls.
My total was $40+ its not so much about the money but putting the wrong plate! They repeat the order and on the screen it looks fine but when i get it
I got the wrong plate. This time they gave me fried sweet chicken!
Its ok but its not what I paid for and what I ordered.
Big disappointment!! I definitely won't be back to this location
And its a shame because I live 7 minutes away.

Service is very unacceptable. You are in a food service industry. And completely have no service at all. I waited in line for almost 10 min. Before I get to the speaker to order. Then I wait almost another 5 min to order. Lady taking my order seems to not understand a simple plate order. I order almost all the time and never been questioned about a white rice and half orange chicken and teriyaki plate.but this lady keeps questioning me as if im ordering wrong? Then I get ti the window and she said I will have to wait for my food because of the teriyaki chicken 🤷♂️. I just ended up leaving and not getting anything. Lady seems very unorganized and doesn't seem to know her job very well.

I don’t usually order in person, but the one time I did, the experience wasn’t great. The lady at the counter had an attitude and wasn’t helpful when I asked for assistance redeeming an offer. She only gave a suggestion after I had already been trying to figure it out myself. I can see why other reviews mention the poor customer service at this location. The food itself was good, but the customer service was a letdown and really took away from the overall experience.

I normally come inside and place my order to really not bump into any confusion but today I drove in the drive thru and I was on the intercoms with a lady who was very rude I asked for an item and she corrected me rudely even tho the item I asked for was exactly what I said to her . when I came towards the window to pay I was explaining to the lady that she didn’t let me finish my order because of her attitude she proceeded to tell her some items she missed and she answered her very loudly with an attitude looking at me with a mug face as she kept back and fourth passing by the window . I come here all the time no issues and today I just wasn’t having it with the way she gave customer service.
