ordered the pizza for pick up, 1 cheese, 1 pepperoni, both of them were cheese. get better pizza hut.
We ordered a small pizza and 8 wings for delivery! None of it was hot and not really even warm! It’s been awhile since we ordered from here and it will be awhile till we order again from here! If you want to stay in business you need to improve a lot!

This location is terrible. The attitudes at this location are terrible. I will never buy Papa John's again. Dominoes is by far a 100% better food and service.

I waited 1hour and 15 minutes the pizza was cold they told me it would 25 30 minutes. When the pizza got here the pizza had very few toppings I order pizza with the works.

I loved the franchise since a kid and still have a heavy feeling for this awesome food I never have issues and most of these 1 star reviews are just angry people who have no patience if there was ever a mistake on my pizza I can easily ask for a remake with no problem the issue with most of these people is that they wait until the next day to complain when you can easily just ask for it to be done right the same day you got the pizza , I love everything about this place and would continue to love to spend money here it's all about family at this place and it's highly appreciated PAPA JOHN'S for life

I just ordered 7 pizzas for pick up at 530 pm on the website and they send me a message at 245 pm saying the pizza would be ready at 3...I called them and they are stating it is my fault...the manager is rude and certainly will not be ordering papa John's in the future...

RACIST AGAINST MUSLIMS
Background: Ordered multiple pizzas and drove out of town for an event. Store accidentally gave me pork sausage on my pizza. My family is Muslim and we do not eat pork.
Called the store the next day to ask if I could get a replacement or refund. The staff member who answered at first told me I was talking too much so I asked for the manager. When speaking with the manager, he said he couldn’t do anything and that I should have called and come back the same day. Then stated that I should’ve just eaten the pizza. I got frustrated and asked to speak with someone above him. He said his name was “John Becerra” and he was the “CEO and owner of that location” and that there was no one above him. My husband took the phone because I was getting frustrated. John told my husband that he was yapping too much and “hiding behind his wife”
Never have I ever been spoken to like this before. As a supposed business owner, he should be ashamed.

Got a pizza and it took 15 minutes more then the estimated pick up time and when I got it there was about 2 slices that were just dough and no sauce, cheese or toppings. I feel like the people that run this and the employees don't care about anything at all. Can't spend my money here any longer.

I waited at the counter while the Manager( I heard him say he was) went back and forth with a patron on the phone. No, hello, one second..NOTHING. He even turned his back to me and still no acknowledgement. He even proceeded to curse in annoyance. An older employee came to the front and said we will be with you shortly. I say all this to say, You might want to train employees of the importance of customer service. Phone customers should be put on hold while walk in customers come in for service. Especially if there is an issue. I left without ordering. Still nothing from the Manager. I won't return. And, why no gloves? Definitely will not be back.

I am extremely dissatisfied with a recent pizza delivery experience. After calling the establishment and requesting to speak with a manager, they refused to engage in a conversation. Employees then proceeded to answer and hang up the phone multiple times, exceeding seven instances, which led me to contact law enforcement. The driver had allegedly forged my signature on the receipt. I attempted to have the manager communicate with the individual who received the incorrect delivery to confirm that they had informed the driver of the error. However, the driver claimed that someone had sent the food as a gift. When the manager eventually spoke with me, he yelled and told me to resolve the issue with my bank, demonstrating a lack of interest in resolving the matter

It was my first time buying here and it will be my last. They added a rotten habanero pepper to the pizza. I decided to throw everything in the trash and buy my dinner elsewhere. When placing the order, I did not add a tip. In my opinion, a tip is for any additional work and in this case, no additional work was done. I suppose that's why they mistreated me. They don´t have to like the job to do a good job .

They don't wear gloves to prepare the food and don't wash their hands after touching their phones or anything..IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET SICK DONT EAT

It’s the Wild West in here. I’m not an impatient person at all. I’m waiting on the order…. There’s like 6-9 people here… yet… the wait is long … ok. It’s whatever…. Not until this one employee is eating pizza right in the front of me and anyone else that could see the front counter… like… what?! Very unprofessional place.
