If there was a zero star; I would give a negative -5 star. I order a pizza & it was way undercook. I called to complained in a civil & cordial way & the nerve the so called general manager/owner was not professional & had an ugly mannerism. I guess he does not comprehend that undercook food is a violation that could cause food poisoning getting someone sick. Then he had the nerve to tell me that was my problem. Well dude; you lost a customer & I am sure I am not the first & the last.

There was a problem with the Papa John’s system, and the employees at this location did not try to help and did not care.
First, I spoke to a person named Gabby, we explained that the website ordered the pizza from the wrong address and they just were not trying to help us. The Papa John’s website made the mistake and picked the wrong store because you put your home address in, but they don’t care.
We asked to cancel the order and for a refund, but they refuse to help and they refuse to offer alternatives, other than coming to pick it up or receiving a cold pizza. I asked to speak to a manager and Gabby said I am the manager. I don’t know if that’s her real name or not.
I tried the online ordering from a different device and the Papa John’s website did the same thing it picked the same store to deliver from.
Thankfully, they did cancel this order.
I called back and asked for a manager and someone who claims his name is Joshua said I’m the manager. They do not care that it was the Papa John’s system that messed up. They just refused to give us our money back.
This is the worst customer service I have experienced at a delivery restaurant.

This location is horrible on delivery time. When I called after two hours they said they missed our order. Absolutely ridiculous. I would stay away from this location. Owner or management never reaches back out to you to rectify the issue. Go somewhere else

Every time I order, it takes over an hour to get my food. This time, it took an hour and a half to get my food and they forgot my wings. So I had to call and the only thing they offered to do was send the wings again…which is what I paid for in the first place! Except now I had to wait ANOTHER hour to receive them. Terrible service every time I order…I’ll just do pick up from the University location from now on…I’d advise you to do the same.

Tracker to see my order wasn’t working when I called the store manager didn’t give me an estimate time of when it will arrive he just said it’s headed my way when I called back cuz it had been 30-40 min be4 ordering I called to get a refund an he said he will call the drive to cancel the order instead of reassuring me it will be here or to call the driver an see where there at ! No effort what so ever .

My son found hair on his pizza, it was unpleasant and disgusting, we could no longer enjoy our food. They are usually quality products, but this time it was unpleasant and disgusting. I suggest that they strengthen hygiene and wear protective hair caps . Really upset, we could not eat anymore.

Ordered at 1050 am for a noon delivery. Got a message from delivery driver that he was still waiting for the order at 1206. He gave me an updated ETA when he was 5 minutes away. Delivery showed up at 1235. I had asked for a well done cook and extra sauce. Pizza did not look or taste like it was well done, and it was actually under sauced. There was a lot of excess flour on the crust. It also looked to have been dropped. This will probably be the last time I order from Papa John's. This location is very inconsistent when it comes to quality. Shame because when it's done right, they're pretty good.
This is the first time in a long time that we ordered from here and I must tell you, tonight, we got the perfect pizza. 10/10. Perfectly slapped crust, perfect rise (no gelling), perfect toppings distribution. I hope they can keep it up.

This is the most terrible place to order from tried ordering online card got rejected by the papa johns .Tried over the phone the store rejected my card .I called my credit card company and found out they approved the transaction but the store rejected .They have terrible service and the guy mike who I talked to in the richmond location is very disrespectful and rude ..Period

We ordered a small pizza and 8 wings for delivery! None of it was hot and not really even warm! It’s been awhile since we ordered from here and it will be awhile till we order again from here! If you want to stay in business you need to improve a lot!
