Papa Johns Pizza

The absolute WORST papa John’s we’ve ever ordered from time and time again. Christian the manager, FIRE HIM. Apparently drivers don’t have “banks” with them anymore and according to Christian that’s from corporate for all papa John’s. Yea psh. And to the driver, do better and stop pulling this dumb uh I don’t carry change tactic. Enjoy the generous tip that you conned me into. Christian also hung up on me and refused to give me the name of the Gm for that location so bravo papa johns.

I ordered veggie pizza with chicken and beef. They gave me pineapple and no black olives. My receipt on DoorDash says I ordered correctly. They messed up my order. I dont eat pineapple on pizza.

No hair nets working in booty shorts just disgusting as the pizza was.

Ordered several pizzas from this location and am always disappointed with the amount of toppings on the pizzas. It’s like the employees are purposely not putting enough toppings on the pizza. Chicken wings are also not cooked hard enough even when you request it well done.

Looks clean but my biggest problem is why they never wear gloves. They could be kneading or molding a dough, stop to process payment for a customer picking up an order and go right back to pick up where they left off with pizza molding without washing hands. It just disgusts me??‍♀️

Ordered stuffed crust/alfredo pizza WELL DONE. Pizza dough was raw under the sauce as well as around the stuffed crust. Alfredo sauce was way too salty.

Good night !! I think they should pay more attention to the hygiene and personal care of the employee, imagine if that's how they make pizzas, what flavor they will make you want to vomit they gave me ????

Very poor pizza tonight,burnt and dry very disappointed also had to wait a life time for it.

I ordered a pizza for delivery, and I was standing by the door and watching the camera from my phone anticipating the delivery driver, the driver then walked to the front door, and thought about knocking hesitantly and then sat the pizza and wings down, and turned around an began to walk off. I was so shocked that he didn’t at least knock. I immediately opened the door and said, that you could have knocked, and he came back and said, “I did”. I told him if I show that you didn’t from my camera that recorded you, will you still say you didn’t? I told him I was standing right by the door. Then he said again he did knocked, then walked off. I took the pizza a wings in, and honestly I love cheese and pizza and I be wanting really that cheese pull, so I had extra cheese with light toppings, but when I grabbed a slice it wasn’t even hot. The cheese on top was like warm and almost cold, the cheese was hard and stiff. With all the extra cheese and the toppings and 8 wings the total was $54 and because I reached my spending amount only I had a $10 off coupon I used. Either way it goes, I still loss money, I didn’t have a quality pizza and I had poor service from the driver. I reported this issue August 1st 2024 at 8:27 pm to Managment right after this incident happened. Also on top of everything I paid a decent tip when I purchased my pizza, but this why I do not like tipping until I receive my food.

If I could give this store and the manager at this store a 0 I would- the manager was a complete liarer and was trying to call me a liarer. The pizza took an hour and 45 min to get delivered. After getting delivered it was so stale and dried up and the manager refused to refund us. Horrible service and will be sure to escalate this.
