Papa Johns Pizza

Hands down had the worst experience where I brought a genuine concern to the team about the quality of pizza I received. No one took accountability and even blamed my son saying that he shook the pizza box. Unfortunately I’ll be ordering at another location

We order from here often and the pizza is always great and service is mostly good. I only wish the staff who are preparing the food wore hair nets and also that the place looked a little cleaner.

I really had bad experience over there ,firstly the staff( she ) misunderstood my order and gave me wrong order and then she was not accepting her mistake .

The manager Amara was very welcoming and made sure my experience was great! Pizza was amazing as well the guys are trained accordingly. Best pizza in town!

The worst customer service experience I’ve had if I could rate 0 stars I would first of all as soon as I walk in I see the manager (hopefully not) with regular crocs not the work crocs without socks on already gave me the ick then I pick up my order of 2 large pizzas and I asked for Parmesan packets because my family loves those he gave me tiny 3 packets for 2 LARGE pizzas and said to me “I can only give you one more” I guess the Parmesan packets comes out of his paycheck personally. I do also work in customer service and don’t think my request was crazy but to each its own wont be back

We ordered a pizza and paid for 2 garlic sauces. I think you should get 1 for free but they never include it if you just buy 1 so I bought and paid for two and they still only gave us 1. I tried calling 3 times to talk to a manager and it automatically hangs up on you. Customer service is a joke. Robbery.

The absolute WORST papa John’s we’ve ever ordered from time and time again. Christian the manager, FIRE HIM. Apparently drivers don’t have “banks” with them anymore and according to Christian that’s from corporate for all papa John’s. Yea psh. And to the driver, do better and stop pulling this dumb uh I don’t carry change tactic. Enjoy the generous tip that you conned me into. Christian also hung up on me and refused to give me the name of the Gm for that location so bravo papa johns.

I ordered veggie pizza with chicken and beef. They gave me pineapple and no black olives. My receipt on DoorDash says I ordered correctly. They messed up my order. I dont eat pineapple on pizza.
