As a local resident of 25+ years I have watched Pepperonis open and have ordered from there ever since day one. Herbert is an amazing person who knows how to treat the customers. Always a joy when dealing with him. To say the least, I Like Pizza. Pepperoni’s is one of my family and I’s favorites. It is always spot on! Occasionally we add on wings and they are perfect every time as well. I also really enjoy that I can pick up the phone, place an order, and they deliver. This is 100% better than the silly robot system of that dashing door place most have become accustomed too. Nothing beats human to human service and this is something that sets Pecan Grove Pepperonis apart from the competition. We have ate inside in the past, but it has been many years. For no other reason than delivery or pickup works best for us. Again, Outstanding Pizza and Outstanding People! Thank you Pecan Grove Pepperoni🍕s for always taking care of us. Y’all Rock! Cheers!

The food is good, and I love having options like salads and gluten-free or grain-free pizza, in addition to their delicious variety of pizzas. My weight should be over 500lbs as much as I be here. Almost 10yrs now, wow, just now thought about it. The cook Philly and Valerie now manager always took special care of my chaotic orders and request! I wish I this place in my backyard 😆 ok I'm done now 💪🏾 Oh yea can't forget Sasha and Evan! The team is solid

I would like to share my experience the few times I visit Pepperoni's in Pecan Grove. Sasha the cashier was very polite, respectful, attentive, and very kind while taking our order. Her personality and awesome service will definitely make us go back. Thanks Sasha!
Ordered and paid on the app a 6:23pm. App said it would be delivered at 7:07pm. It’s now 8:00pm and no pizza. Called and get a call center that can’t answer the question . They try to transfer to the store and no answer. Called back and got transferred again. Finally answered and pizza is sitting waiting on a delivery driver. I can imagine what kind of soggy cold mess I’ll get when it finally gets here. This won’t happen again.

They missed entire pizzas and burned the only pizza we received and then refused to remake the burned pizzas or give us the pizzas we paid for. This worker named Cade said they were too busy and their oven doesn't work good and refused to do anything at all. I dont think I've ever dealt with anyone who gave zero shits about ripping someone off. I never complain about pizza, or do reviews, but this is so bad I'm asking anyone who reads this to put this place out of business. They don't deserve your money and hopefully pepperonis takes some action.
I ordered a little later than usual and it was closer to closing than when I normally order. Sasha was so helpful on the phone and was nice enough to let me know that it wasn’t too late to order delivery.
