2 different waiters helped us, the 2nd waiter who helped me check out was very nice and attentive, but the first one was strange to put it nicely... it was close to sunset and she seated us at a table facing the direct sun light and it was uncomfortable. There were some other tables that we could have been seated at; these tables were still in the sunlight but were not facing the sun directly. When she brought our water she brought 3 metal cups out and brought a 4th plastic to-go cup seperately. She handed me the plastic cup with a lid, and I thought it was little strange. I assumed it was for the child so they wouldnt spill their water so I just swapped the childs cup with the one she handed me, but she never brought a straw. Then there was a mix up with our order which wasnt a big deal and initially it was our fault because we didnt specify some allergies , but after we communucated it she took the food back and brought out the same exact food and we had to explain our selves a 2nd time. It was over all very strange, so I paid as soon as I got my food and left. I didnt touch my food. I threw the food away because something just felt very off...

As a pho enthusiast, who tried it in hundreds of locations, I can tell this place is like for beginners — i had #9 pho and it was just okay for the price. There’s definitely a space for improvement of the broth taste, for me it was super plain. Also, the restaurant itself is very americanized in terms of interior and service. Big advantage — they are fast.

I had to drop my kid off at football and just needed a quick place to go in and get a snack. I am so happy I came here! I got a taro smoothie with Boba, the shrimp spring rolls with side of rice and it was so yummy and fresh. I will definitely try to come back here again. Really nice atmosphere and over the top suite and helpful staff.
