I love the food here. The atmosphere was great, clean and bright, they were quick about bringing our food during a busy Saturday night run, and overall the food was delicious. I really liked their veggie pho. It tasted hot and fresh.😋 It didnt taste oily. I will definitely be coming back to try one of there other items.

Ive gone to the location in sugar land multiple times. The service and food at that location is great. But the service in Richmond is non existent. We were seated but none waitresses came by to take our order after being seated for 10 minutes.

I come here to much it’s about time I leave a review. This is my go to spot, I’m always craving my favorite pho chin #22. Either on a slow day or busy day the service stays good and consistent. The manager is friendly the staff is friendly, this is why we tip because of the smiles and fast service. Shoutout Veronica, literally every time I come she’s always attentive and tackles issues like it’s nothing.

Great looking place, came here because of the reviews. I try not to complain about places that needed to post that I did not enjoy the pho at all. It had zero flavor! I've never experienced pho that was disappointing. Maybe it's just me or the pot mine was scooped out of, itwas certainly the worst tasting I've ever had.

Portions have gone down in size ridiculously ordered a large bowl of faux white meat chicken the chicken and the noodles combined did not even cover half the bowl. It was more like a quarter of the bowl before putting the liquid in. As far as chicken, there was approximately three good bites of chicken. The quantity has almost diminished completely. I called the manager to see what was going on and I’m going to quote her and I was flabbergasted when I heard what she had to say the phone call happened Thursday approximately 6 PM if anyone would care to listen to the call or address the issue. The manager says, and I quote “ some people said the portions were too big and some said they were too small so we decided to meet in the middle” . That’s pretty sad. If you ask me the prices sure didn’t meet in the middle!
Also, after pouring the lukewarm juice that I had to warm up over the noodles they would not separate , I repeadedly tried to loosely shake them apart. They remained in a glob based on my experience. I use these noodles a lot at home these bowls were premade, waiting to be filled up with liquid. The chicken was also dry around the edges before I poured the liquid in. This place, literally within a couple weeks went from my favorite place to. I’m never going back again. I ended up with a bowl of liquid and a glob of noodles

The staff elevate the already amazing food. From the manager to buser they are extremely friendly and accommodating. The food is great. Spring rolls, pho, chargrilled pork are all amazing. Recommend to all.

Went for dinner with my dad and the food was great, and staff we met were very friendly. We had the pleasure of meeting Vivian who was very willing to offer her recommendations and knowledge of the food choices. Overall great experience and we will definitely be returning in the near future.
This place is great. We really enjoyed the quality ingredients and friendly staff. The manager, Vivian, took great care of us and was patient to walk through all the wonderful dishes that they have on their menu. Everyone needs to go enjoy this place.
The pho is okay was disappointed in the meat I ordered it was more fat than meat (fatty brisket),but the service was great!

2 different waiters helped us, the 2nd waiter who helped me check out was very nice and attentive, but the first one was strange to put it nicely... it was close to sunset and she seated us at a table facing the direct sun light, glaring into our eyes and it was uncomfortable. There were some other tables that we could have been seated at; these tables were still in the sunlight but were not facing the sun directly. When she brought our water she brought 3 metal cups out and brought a 4th plastic to-go cup seperately. She handed me the plastic cup with a lid, and I thought it was little strange. I assumed it was for the child so they wouldnt spill their water so I just swapped the childs cup with the one she handed me, but she never brought a straw. Then there was a mix up with our order which wasnt a big deal and initially it was our fault because we didnt specify some allergies , but after we communucated it she took the food back and brought out the same exact food and we had to explain our selves a 2nd time. It was over all very strange, so I paid as soon as I got my food and left. I didnt touch my food. I threw the food away because something just felt very off...

The place is new and clean and really nice ambiance. The staff are super friendly and attentive and the food is all done well. It overly seasoned and don’t get the msg headaches afterwards. Been multiple time and will come again.
