They forgot our drinks that we Ordered to be delivered. . Called them about the missing drinks. What they said, they will honor free pizza for the next order. NO, I asked that they bring the drinks to me. They said no! It’s too late we won’t be bringing drinks. Mind you, it was at 845pm!!! So it’s not too late!! Never again order from Pizza Hut FM 1093!!!

Terrible experience! What a disappointment! I would give it a zero if I could! We ordered a stuffed crust pizza online today. The order was placed and we reached the store at around 9:40 pm. The doors were shut. We could see all the employees through the window, standing around one of the teller machines looking at it and talking, but no one even lifted their head to see us at the door even after repeated and loud knocking! I get that you might have technical difficulties, but the least you can do is come to the door and tell the customers who are waiting for their food that they were having some technical issues or whatever it was that was the reason we weren't going to get our pizza! We called the number listed for the store, and it kept ringing and no one picked it up. Then we called the Pizza Hut 1-800 number and got a machine that kept going on and on with options until we just got fed up and hung up! We had been charged for the pizza we never got. We had to contest the charge with the credit card company! Not the experience to have when you are tired and hungry after a long week day. Definitely not a good start to the weekend! My daughter loves their stuffed crust pizza but it's going to be a long time before we think of Pizza Hut again, and never ever at this location! Never! Ever!

Never going back! I ordered the food at 4:30pm. The food was supposed to be at my house at 4:59pm. It didn't show up. At 5:15pm, I called pizza hut and Ronald (manager) stared to wait 10 minutes then call him back. I waited over 15 minutes and no pizza came. I called back and Ronald stated I would have to wait longer. I have 2 kids who were so hungry and I asked for a refund on the delivery charge only (like $3 on a $38 order). Ronald absolutely turned 180 degrees and treated me like garbage, refusing to provide any refund and actually laughing when I got upset. By the way, this was my daughter's 6th birthday. It was definitely a horrible way to celebrate it. Also, Ronald hung up on me and told me it's have to call corporate for my refund. FYI, there's no corporate number, just an online form to fill out. Don't go here. Go to Marcos and get good pizza always without any problems. I've never had an issue with them.

This is the worst Pizza Hut in Texas. Every time I order, it takes over an our despite being 4 minutes from my house. This order, I ordered 4 drinks and got 4 packs of parmesan cheese. The wings had no sauce. The last order, I was missing an item, the order before that took nearly 2 hours and was cold. Every time, I say surely this can't happen again but here we are.

Ordered frequent from this location, but will NOT order from this location again. The last couple of pizza orders were terrible. Little to no sauce, thin crust was extra crunchy. Pizza overall was just terrible. Must be new owners or management. AWFUL

Absolute worst pizza experience ever. Our pizza was delivered completely mixed up and missing pieces. When we called the location to get a refund or a new pizza, the manager, Nester said he did not have time to deal with me. He refused to refund or rectify the situation.
Pizza Hut system was down, but the store had the door locked. I kept knocking and the people inside did not even open and to tell me they have a problem. This is the last time I will order at pizza hut.

I recently visited a Pizza Hut in another country and loved it, so I decided to try this location near my house. What a disappointment! The stuffed crust cheese tasted bad, and I had to leave it. It’s a shame that poor quality control ruins the name of an otherwise good chain.
