Make sure you pay attention to your credit card receipt. Rounding my order up to $40 in loan and behold a charge $46 to my credit card. Spoke to some other people and apparently this has happened to them again. Manager claims it was mistake. It sounds like they’re doing this on purpose. It’s a shame. Definitely won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again All I got to say is watch your credit card payments with these folks

Ordered online. Showed up a couple mins after time given to show up and our food was was gone (manager said it must have been given to another customer) said they’d make another one and it’d be ready in 10 mins. Food was ready and went home, found out the pizza was under cooked and there was barely any sauce on it. Very disappointed

I waited an hour and five minutes for my order. Supposedly there was only one person cooking. No one there could or would give a refund. Numerous DoorDash and GrubHub orders were filled while I waited. The cashiers were nice and trying their best with a bad situation otherwise they’d get 1 star.

Came in to order and manager/ supervisor immediately told me it was a 60-minute wait. On a weekday. Clearly not telling the truth. Just being lazy and wanting to deter customers. I’ve been to other pizza huts on the same day and it’s never ever that long of a wait. Just to be sure, I called in and placed an order to this location. I got the Pizza Hut call center or phone reps and they told me the order would be ready in 15- 20 minutes. I cancelled the order and wrote this review

I came through the drive thru around 10pm to pick up my friends order, I was attended super quickly and the girl that brought my order was so sweet and was really careful with the pizzas, her name was Kaylee. Pizzas were delicious!

I don’t know how or when Pizza Hut quality declined this bad. Not sure if it is this particular location. We ordered 2 pizzas and they were undercooked, almost questionable. The cheese wasn’t even properly melted and the dough also felt raw. What a waste of money. Will be sticking to dominos in the future. Never again.

The assistant manager, Mr. Stuart is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and kind. I don’t know how he does it. I’ve never seen someone run a whole store alone and still get the fastest service with a smile. The rest of the place is questionable , however when Mr. Stuart is behind the counter. I know my pizza will be perfect. Chefs kiss!!
They took my order over the phone, charged my card, and then they told me they couldn't deliver my pizza because I live five miles away and they could only deliver up to 3 miles

I had placed an order around 4:05 PM, with a guaranteed carry out pick up for 4:20 PM. I arrive, and an older man gives me a look and says they’re working on my order. Pizzas are not in the ready warmer.
Four people who have made previous orders, get ahead of me and get their orders before I do. Then the place gets busy, because people are picking up orders.
A young lady decides to look into my order, thinking that she will help me. She told me a couple of minutes. A couple minutes turned into 12 minutes.
I asked for a supervisor, and the young lady said, as you can see, we are busy. Funny that she tells me when she partially doesn’t know that I’ve been waiting for 25+ minutes. A supervisor comes, inspects the order, and tells me that one of the pizzas was delayed. So an extra 8+ minutes was added to get the final pizza done. I wasn’t told this until the supervisor told me. She offers me a 2 L soda as compensation.
Although what the supervisor did was right, I’m disappointed by the first two representative I talked to. They were not empathetic enough, and now I see why I don’t frequent this place or any other Pizza Hut location. As a big corporation, somebody is bound to get left behind, and today it had to be me. It was all because they mixed up in order and missed one of my pizzas. I was patient enough to wait, but the two representatives before the supervisor were apparently unfriendly and not courteous, insinuating that I was not empathetic because of the busy hour.
Pizzas were OK, they were well-made. So sad that two people have to leave a bitter taste in my mouth. I hope it doesn’t happen to anybody else.
Not cooked well or boxed to early steamed crust!!! It’s a hit or miss sometimes the pizza is cooked perfectly then other time your pizza gets delivered steamed with mushy dough when you pick a slice up it flops and all the toppings slide off. I’m done with ordering Pizza Hut. Notice how we’re the bottom crust and the box is.

The manager at this location is awesome! A cook forgot some toppings (which happens) and she had them remake it. She was so nice and professional as I waited for my pizza. I also love the pick up window here. The pan pizza and wings are a family favorite. Awesome customer service too! I shall return❤️
