I purchased 2 Large Cajon Fries From here for my kids after school.One bite and had a really old stale taste.They were soggy and color was extremely black while having a old oil smell.when I went to return they said both boxs have to be there in order to refund.Manager jose was rude after I explained what happened.only got the refund on one.treat your customers with a bit more kindness next time.im really disappointed 😞 next time won't come here.

Maggie who works there has a terrible attitude if you dont like your job then just quit. She was very rude to the man in front of me older gentlemen if she was just having a bad day that's one thing but on multiple occasions ive noticed this behavior. Its not ok to belittle people or be rude for no reason

They don't pay attention to the orders. I had to go back for wrong and missing items. I showed them my receipt and they still got it wrong, also I asked for dine in and they gave me take out and when I told them about it they ignored me. Also the mac and cheese was nasty, it was mashed and too much cheese, just didn't taste good. There was a woman that in the back on the phone the entire time, she did come out to the dining room for a little while to talk on her phone and then back in the kitchen. That was our first and last time going there.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service and food quality I recently experienced at one of your restaurants. Unfortunately, my visit fell far below the standards that typically define the Popeyes brand, both in terms of customer service and product quality.
In particular, the chicken wings I was served had an unusual, almost fermented taste, which raised serious concerns about their freshness and proper handling. Additionally, the manager on duty displayed an unprofessional attitude and showed little willingness to address my concern or provide an appropriate solution.
As a loyal customer who values the legacy and reputation of the Popeyes franchise, I was truly disappointed. Experiences like this undermine the trust and positive image that Popeyes has built over the years, known for its authentic flavor and friendly service.

Worse pop eyes ever ….. I waited for almost 10 minutes for my order thinking everything it’s going to be fresh.. I grabbed my order went home everything was old and the The fries were old and Full of grease I spend over 45 dollars and the grill when she asked if I need ketchup or hot sauce I asked for hot sauce she gave me 3 I’m very disappointed.
Always has old rice for the red beans and cold chicken also hard biscuits

I had a pickup order and the lobby was closed at 9 even though it says 10 on the door. So I ended up waiting 20 minutes in the drive through line as opposed to walking in and picking up my order like I intended.
