The past three times I've gone to this Popeyes they've somehow messed up my order. Asked for a chicken sandwich with no pickles, somehow received a sandwich with pickles. THREE TIMES. Not only that, they somehow don't even check to see if their soda machine's working or not because the soda's have no flavor, like it's missing the syrup or something.I'm just confused how that place is being ran.

I have eaten at Popeyes for many many years. Yesterday I visited the location on 1464 & W. Airport. I ordered the shrimp tacklebox and requested 2 spicy drumsticks on the side as I always do. I was informed that location now refuses to sell individual pieces of chicken. You must buy a full dinner- including the side! I could see if I didn't already buy a dinner- but I did. Either way how as a chicken establishment do you refuse to sell chicken unless I purchase up. This is ridiculous and I won't be going back.

This is the worst Popeyes location I have ever visited. The service is terrible, it's honestly not worth the headache. I've come here a few times because it is close to my home, but you're better off driving to a farther location.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this establishment. The workers were incredibly rude, and to top it off, they made us wait for an hour before our food arrived, despite ordering online. It's frustrating to see others who ordered after us receiving their food first. It's unacceptable and left me feeling extremely frustrated.

I went through the drive-thru to order a surf n turf and was told that they didn’t have it because the person who was trying to take my order really didn’t speak good English so I had to go in my phone and go to the menu and show them a picture and they said OK. Once I got my food, I realize that they didn’t give me my side and biscuit I had to go back through the line to get it. Once I got home to eat, the shrimps were not done in the inside and the tenders were old. They were chewy like beef jerky.

Today, Monday, I visited Popeye and the two managers and a cashier helped me. They are all very friendly and the food is the best. I recommend it 10/10. The bad thing is that they sometimes take a little time with the orders but they are very good.
