Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

After a hard days work last week Tuesday I live in Katy but work on the other side of town I picked up dinner for my family With a couple of Tuesday special at this location
I asked was the chicken fresh because I didn’t mind waiting I was told yes
I asked for Spicy and received regular but not only that it wasn’t fresh look at this piece of chicken I on Lu drove from there to Westheimer Prkwy
Was so disgusted I threw all of it away God only knows what was in it
Does this look fresh look how it’s brown and dry 🤦🏾‍♀️

Horrible service. Went for lunch and the “manager” was not there to open - therefore the cashier couldn’t open the register to take my order. Do not go here please

I recently visited Popeyes with mixed expectations, having heard both positive and negative reviews about their fried chicken. Asked for a basic chicken sandwich, 10 minutes later, got a cold one. Asked for a new one. 10 minutes later, got another cold one. This time a manager comes, doesn’t say a word to me, just talks to the girl that handed me 2 cold sandwiches, then comes back 10 minutes later with a slightly warm sandwich. Drink machine is also busted. ????

Very tasty

I ordered take-out through the app and didn't the receive the items described. The staff argued with me instead of helped, even though I showed them the description of items ordered online. Poor customer service and overall negative experience. How is it the customers fault what is listed on Popeyes website/app? I placed the order based on the description of the product.... sounds like false advertising to me. They got the manager involved, who didn't even talk to me. She basically said it's not her fault and told me they weren't going to fix it.

Walked in to eat inside. I noticed they installed kiosk so you don't have to order at the counter. You can't specify what pieces of chicken you want so I'm sure that was one reason. I asked the girl at the counter could she take my order. First she tried to take the order then in the middle of taken it she says the computer is broken. I tell her call the manager up to the front. They have a conversation in the back another employee in the back then by a miracle the computer works and they proceed to take the order. Of course when I got the order it was wrong. Which is one of the reasons I don't get food from Popeyes to go because they figure they give you whatever and your not going to come all the way back. But for the life of me I can't figure out how you spend money to install kiosk. But can never fix the soda machine. Guess that's a way to cut cost also.

I just left the location who advised I would have to wait 6 minutes for pie while in the drive thru. I ended up waiting 15 minutes for the pie which would have been longer if I did not wave at a worker thru the window . No one came to the window to advise me of anything but the two young ladies and one male working surely made a point to dance and play around as I waited. This is ridiculous.

Amazing staff today!
I hesitated to come to this location ,because usually in the past the staff would take so long to get my order ready , but glad they did some changes. I saw new people and the ladies provided great customer service.

I like rice and beans but I don’t like the tiny pieces of chicken. They look like bird wings like they got it from a starving bird.

I am extremely disappointed in the service that I am receiving at this location. Sad to say it has happened on several occasions. I just got home after ordering a 12 piece with no thighs and the first thing I see are three thighs in my order. The ticket on my box clearly says no thighs. My wings are only the flats. When did ordering wings at Popeyes become just the flat. I wanted the whole wing. It’s like we have to open the box to check your order before leaving. It’s like I just threw away $44. It’s getting really ridiculous guys. There’s another location a couple of lights down. I guess I’ll start going to that location.

Went on 1/16/25 after placing a mobile order pick up. They do not make your order until you get there which is confusing because i did mobile pick up to avoid waiting. Got to the window was not greeted what so over. Waited over 5 minutes for my food and when i mentioned why am i waiting here for over 5 minutes for a mobile pick up i was told they were waiting on fries. When i received said fries they were NOT FRESH at all! They were extremely hard and tasted old so i dont believe i was waiting on fries i feel they were taking they’re time doing more talking than working. Tried contacting support theyre no help at alll you CANNOT contact support via phone call it has to be through email. I emailed them that very same day its now 1/24/25 and NO ONE has gotten back with me on making me satisfied

Definitely a great visit!!! Glad to see a new environment here, this Popeyes used to be runned by bad management! Also heard a new company took over! Keep it up team Popeyes! ❤️
