Takes my whole lunch break to get my food if I order online for pick up. Most of the time they're standing around talking. App notifies you that your food is ready, but it isn't, takes another 10-15 minutes.

Depends on who is there if your food is going to be warm and well made.

Spend your money elsewhere, I only come here because its close to my job. (No car life)

They always jack up my order at this location. This last time was my fault for not checking before I left. Spending $40 should get me a correct order I would think. But no. Super upset because NO ONE in my house eats breast. I can handle wings but that’s it. I asked for dark. They’ve done this before and I have to always walk back in.

Extremely disappointed the way this Popeyes manager, Veronica, treated me at the drive thru, I could not understand what she was trying to communicate, she has a very very strong accent, when I asked her to repeat herself, she ignored me and never came back to the speaker box . I was forced to come in, she looked at me rolled her eyes and Kaleb assisted me, during this event there was another customer expressing a very unsatisfactory experience. This type of customer service certainly should not be tolerated. Usually I have had pleasant experiences but I was very very disappointed on today.

This place is getting expensive. Ordered 2 large sides. They completely forgot one.. good thing I checked before I drove off. Biscuits used to be better.

Horrible service. Went for lunch and the “manager” was not there to open - therefore the cashier couldn’t open the register to take my order. Do not go here please

A Mixed Experience

I recently visited Popeyes with mixed expectations, having heard both positive and negative reviews about their fried chicken. Upon entering, the atmosphere was lively, with a bustling environment typical of fast-food chains. The staff was generally friendly, though service could be inconsistent depending on the time of day.

The food was a highlight, with the chicken being flavorful and the breading nicely seasoned. The Cajun fries were a delight, though they could sometimes be a bit soggy if not consumed immediately. The spicy chicken sandwich, which I was particularly excited about, was somewhat of a letdown. It lacked the expected spice kick, and the chicken could have been juicier.

One of the major drawbacks was the inconsistency in quality across different visits. Sometimes the chicken was perfectly cooked, while other times it seemed overcooked or lacking in flavor. The biscuits, which are often a staple at Popeyes, were not as buttery or flaky as I had hoped.

Despite these inconsistencies, Popeyes remains a solid choice for those craving fried chicken. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. However, if you're looking for a consistently high-quality dining experience, you might find yourself slightly disappointed.

Recommendation: Try their Cajun fries and spicy chicken when it's fresh. If you're a fan of spicy food, you might want to ask for extra hot sauce to add some kick. Overall, Popeyes is a decent option for a quick meal, but it doesn't stand out as exceptional in the fast-food landscape.

Asked for a basic chicken sandwich, 10 minutes later, got a cold one. Asked for a new one. 10 minutes later, got another cold one. This time a manager comes, doesn’t say a word to me, just talks to the girl that handed me 2 cold sandwiches, then comes back 10 minutes later with a slightly warm sandwich. Drink machine is also busted. ????

I ordered take-out through the app and didn't the receive the items described. The staff argued with me instead of helped, even though I showed them the description of items ordered online. Poor customer service and overall negative experience. How is it the customers fault what is listed on Popeyes website/app? I placed the order based on the description of the product.... sounds like false advertising to me. They got the manager involved, who didn't even talk to me. She basically said it's not her fault and told me they weren't going to fix it.

Walked in to eat inside. I noticed they installed kiosk so you don't have to order at the counter. You can't specify what pieces of chicken you want so I'm sure that was one reason. I asked the girl at the counter could she take my order. First she tried to take the order then in the middle of taken it she says the computer is broken. I tell her call the manager up to the front. They have a conversation in the back another employee in the back then by a miracle the computer works and they proceed to take the order. Of course when I got the order it was wrong. Which is one of the reasons I don't get food from Popeyes to go because they figure they give you whatever and your not going to come all the way back. But for the life of me I can't figure out how you spend money to install kiosk. But can never fix the soda machine. Guess that's a way to cut cost also.
