I asked my husband to go by this location on his way home from work as I had been sick and was unable to prepare dinner. He did so and went to the counter because, being older, he is not good at using the electronic kiosks in the restaurant. He was met by a young female who immediately told him they were shorthanded and she would not be able to help him. She told him he must use the kiosk. Aghast, he had no choice but to leave the restaurant and went to another location on FM 1464 & West Airport where a lovely, young African American man was more than happy to help him. I wish I could personally thank this young man for going the extra mile to be helpful. Shame on the Grand Parkway/Bellaire location. We'll make a point never to return there.

Restaurant #11169 is doing great recently and the crew deserves a shout out. Especially the young lady who worked at 6:30pm on Friday 6/5. She was courteous, correctly filled all the order items, and the food was hot and delicious. Thank you team at restaurant 11169. I have forwarded my compliments to Popeyes corporate office as well.

I visited Popeyes and had a really good experience overall. Kaleb stood out right away; he was kind, professional, and very friendly. He welcomed us when we walked in and made sure our food was fresh, which I really appreciated.
It did seem like they may have been a little short staffed, but the team was clearly working hard to keep things moving and get orders out. Everyone appeared to be doing their best, which didn’t go unnoticed.
The restaurant itself was clean and comfortable. While it wasn’t spotless, it was far from the worst and still a good environment to dine in.
Before we left, I also overheard Katherine taking orders and she sounded very professional and kind. When my son asked for a refill on his sweet tea, she was friendly and accommodating.
Overall, Kaleb and the team made our visit a positive one. We would definitely return.
