My only issue here is with the evening shift or second shift. You ask for a spicy chicken and they give you a classic chicken which I don't like because I barely taste anything on it. Sometimes, it feels like they intentionally give you the wrong order. If evening shift don't have spicy chicken, pls say so instead of giving customer the wrong order and hope they won't taste the betrayal...

I had to go back and complain about the issue because it has happened to me several times with second shift. (Have never had the same issue with first shift staffs or those that work afternoon.) Although I did not have the 3 PC chicken on me when i returned to complain. In addition, i was not given any receipt at the drive thru either.

After I made my complaint, they thought I was trying to get a free meal which is not 100%true. The lady incharge called her boss, and told to me bring receipt or the classic chicken so i could get my original order. I thought: "Do I look like a fried chicken con artist"? it has not gotten to that level yet. Am not looking for free meal just came to complain and pay for my shrimp tackle box.

Pls, evening crew or shift, if you do not have spicy chicken for the customer pls dnt put classic chicken hoping they won't notice, doing this makes some of us who like it spicy angry and feel like we are scammed or being taken for granted.

Friendly and funny staff though. Had a good laugh while complaining and they did too. They thought I ate the classic chicken and was back to get a free meal.

ordered Popeyes through postmastes the delivery and service from the delivery driver was amazing but apon opening my food the mac n cheese was burnt and they left out a sandwich when I ordered 2

The male skinny cashier with black hair has an atrocious attitude. On top of that he forgot a portion of my order (pie) and took 20 mins to bag a sandwich and pour some red beans and rice in a cup. Please fix the customer service issues with that gentlemen.

The night shift is so horrible and they missed my food up and had to bring it back they was so rude and wouldn’t let me talk to a manager or get there names he said he don’t have a name and that so rude and customer service so horrible I will be back up there tomorrow to talk to a manager or get the man and lady wouldn’t give me there names so I can tell there supervisor I will never eat here again

This location, the food is delicious and the portion size was excellent. The service has been ok here, but what I think is really sad and disappointing when cannot get a small cup of water, but have to buy a bottle of water if you want something to drink. It's like you're not going to get a soft drink, well you are not going to get a small water either without paying for it. I do understand an up charge side items happens with certain items. But to switch an item for something that should be equal in value is not good. I feel a business doesn't have to nickel and dime you for everything. The problem I have is, that it is businesses like these who would ask if you would like to donate towards some foundation, which I'm all for that, but generally many of them don't give back to the community. I can be wrong, but I don't believe that many of the times that the money is really going towards the cause you are supporting many of the times.

honestly every time i’ve been here the customer service has been mid- the people there never seem to be urgent or welcoming. in addition, i’ve always had several issues with my orders when it comes to them and they never help to fix it. the time it takes for the food to come out is a bit slow too. the tenders are also really small here and that might be supply issues but i’ve always had better experiences at other popeyes

This location is extremely unprofessional, we walk in and there's a lady sweeping the floor blasting music on her phone and it was appropriate music either. As we place our order this lady comes up and says that we can't do something with our order, she steps away coughing, the guy who took our order says she's my boss. The lady comes back and I ask why we can't do this that we have never had any issues with this at any location ever. She doesn't answer and proceeds to change the order and wants to charge us $15 for just 5 pieces never going back to this location and there sweet tea was horrible

This location really needs to count their days. For it to be a new location I have never been twice, matter of fact, not even once and the food was decent. They’ve been serving old looking, dried up chicken that’s hardly edible since the day they opened. I have tried so many times since it’s closer to me but I give up. Not to mention the people they hire always look like they hate themselves and you when you order. I’m just going to drive right past them to the location near Bellaire. Epic fail Popeyes!!

They somehow took 20 minutes to make my one chicken sandwich. While I was sitting there at the drive through window, I saw them prioritizing doordash orders rather than drive through customers even though there were 4 people waiting behind me. They made 3 doordash orders that didn't even have the driver there for pick up yet, they put the doordash sticker on each one and set it to the side, before making my one chicken sandwich. And even with taking 20 minutes, they still somehow messed up my order. Trust the reviews about this place, this is ridiculous.

I've came so many times since it is the closest fast food to my home, and I usually order online. Have always ended up waiting 15 mins or more after arriving 5 mins after the time the app said to come. Usually, get fast service in person around 11am, which is the time I am writing this review.

I just saw someone bring food from outside, said they ordered wings and not the regular chicken they received. The cashier that helped me, Gana, then turned around and put the outside food back under the heat lamp and replaced it with the wings. I've lost all trust for this place now, not to mention I waited 14 minutes again for a 1 person meal while several others have came in and got their food and left.
