Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

They gave us really small chicken. I raised the chicken out of the box and I said this chicken is tiny. His respond was yes but we can’t give no other chicken. Not just one meal but both of the meals this is just horrible.

The cashiers are not knowledgeable with promotions. I paid for 2 Caniac meals and 22oz drink. In addition, I used the St. Patricks day free 22oz lemonade promotion. The cashier handed me 3 cups. I told her I need the lemonade. She grabbed the 32oz and filled it with lemonade. I informed her that I'm was missing the 4th cup. Then she argued that she filled the 32oz cup. So, I basically received an upgraded drink instead of a free drink.

So disappointed today. Went through the drive thru today and purchaed 2 box combos, 2 extra cane sauces and an extra coleslaw. I live 5 minutes from the location. We came straight home to find our fries were cold and drinks were watered down - almost seems we were handed an order that had been sitting. For the first time I am totally disappointed… really disappointed. We will have to pass on the drive- thru whenever we decide to try them again.

I ordered chicken, fries, and bread. Went to the pickup window and was told I had to pay extra for cane sauce. So had to run my card for .42 cents!

I usually don't complain about fast food but this is unacceptable when buying food. When I order 3 chicken tenders, I didnt order 2 chicken fingers and one small tender. Mgmt needs to address this with staff. Only open my box once I got back to work... so naturally disappointed. Do better!

I think if you're going to have people taking orders they should have a good attitude. The girl that took my order today was very rude and short with me. She made it seem like it was such a burden to assist me. When I go to the window to get my food those workers weren't any better. Then when I got home I was short a chicken strip. Please do better.

This place is great. The food was good, like it's still fast food but it was alright. The service couldn't be better. There was a nice lady in glasses checking in on us (should have asked her name) and I think she was the manager and plus the other staff were super nice. That's why I give this place 4 stars ⭐ (almost a 5).

Kid-friendliness: Great with kids. They have a whole other menu for the children, big or small.
