A guy named Reggie had taken my order, after driving to the window to grab the breakfast burrito/wrap that I ordered. He also provided information on the variety of salads and expressed how great the food was, his personal favorite, and as well as the process in which the food is prepared. Reggie showed the passion, knowledge, and professionalism on today that is sometimes forgotten in this industry and provided excellent customer service with ease. Although this wasn’t my first time ordering from Salad & Go the information was given to me as if it was my first time.I do have one small complaint or criticism that has nothing to do with Reggie. My wrap wasn’t hot, and the size of the wrap was small. I purchased the same wrap in Sugar Land at another location and I had to hold it with two hands. So I’m unsure of the quantity amount the wrap is supposed to have and I need consistency, in order to keep returning. I would hate to pass up the location that’s closest to go the one that’s farthest away just to get my moneys worth. Other than that I will try my closest location once more.

Salads are HUGE for a good price! They always get me full or I can't finish. I definitely wouldn't recommend their drinks personally but the wraps are also really good too. I get Cob salads and I've tried the steak Cesar wrap

Love the breakfast combo which includes a breakfast wrap , salad/wrap(lunch) and a drink. I've been to this location a few times and honestly they have been a little disappointing. Forgot my breakfast wrap, so I had to turn back around. They gave me the wrong drink another time and they gave me frozen salsa. Overall, the wraps and salad are good. Cheaper than Salata

Food is great. When they get my order right.Every time I ask for no veggies on my wrap cause I'd like just protein, it seems to be a problem. I've been coming here for quite a while because my husband likes their salads but every time I order some thing from them they get it wrong. They get his order right but I like my wraps with just protein meaning meat, the croutons and extra dressing it's like they intentionally put lettuce on there when I asked them not to. This is like the 10th time. And I'm not exaggerating, because my husband eats the salad twice a week. He really likes the Cobb. But it just seems I won't eat here anymore. Great quality food to so it kinda sucks.

My first time trying this place, and im not a fan, I ordered a Cobb salad, the lettuce is old!! This doesn’t give me fresh vibes. I barely had any chicken, tbh I don’t recommend.

Customer service is nonexistent here. I asked my wrap to be cut in half, the African American guy at the checkout said they don’t do it. I asked for a disposable/plastic knife so that I can do it myself, the guy said they don’t carry it. Every fast food place carries plastic spoons, forks and knives. He looked at me like I made a request unheard of. Absolutely ridiculous. Never going here again. The salad is not good enough for me to deal with such nonsense.

This place needs more attention. I ordered two Cobb salad at Salad To Go Richmond today. This is my portion. The avocado is mashed (see paper towel), no egg and only three cherry tomotoes. We got so disgusted about the look of the salad and we put everything in the trash. No more waste of my money in 2024.

This is a build you own salad. I got the mixed green/spinach, onion, corn, black beans, roasted chicken, tomatoes, and avocado with jalapeño ranch. It was delicious! I will definitely be going back. The salad was fresh and full of flavor and texture! So glad this has made it to our neighborhood. Salata what??? This was $8 not $20.

I've gotten food here many times since grand opening but the food and service has gotten significantly worse over time. Errors to my orders after they asked me what I wanted (dressing, sauces, etc.) After messing up on my breakfast burrito today, not filling up the salad al the way, and charging extra for cheese after I'd already paid - I definitely don't recommend this establishment. At least this location
