Brittany took my order she was very patient and gave me great customer service making sure I had a great experience. I ordered an Ice blended halo halo for my mom and a strawberry matcha 50% sweetness and had oat milk in my matcha. Glad I didn’t get the 100% sweet because I don’t like to sweet. Love this place for a refreshing drink when it’s very hot

Been going there but last two times they just conveniently forget to add sugar! They just keep lowering their quality and putting prices up! Pathetic

Ok so honestly , this is because it was my 3rd time. Tea is great but its the 3rd time they are out if boba that the wait time is 30 min. Is no one training these kids correctly? Like common sense if you see you are running low, start making more??? As i was there, 2 ppl walked in behind me and left because of the same reason, just to give you an idea how you lose profit.

I’m experiencing an issue where I’m not receiving my points each time I make a purchase at this location. I spoke with the girl at the front, but she didn’t seem to know how to help. I would appreciate it if the store manager could contact me to resolve this issue.

Waited over 30 minutes for a single drink. Only one person was working, and several customers were already waiting when I arrived. The service was extremely slow, and when another employee showed up for their shift, they started chatting instead of helping with orders. I feel like employees were new working and weren’t sure about the drinks recipe which took more time. The drink itself was fine overall, but definitely not worth the long wait. I won’t be coming back—there are plenty of other boba spots that make drinks quickly and actually value their customers’ time.

Management has either changed, or all the employees are new. 🤷🏽‍♀️ The people who work at this location do not know how to make drinks. My mom ordered a drink here and it needed to be remade twice. Still doesn’t taste like anything. Literally like drinking water. After spending almost $8 on a drink, you expect a satisfying drink, and it’s very disappointing when what you get tastes like water!! Will not be coming back to this location again. Very disappointed.

I don’t know the name of the boy, but he works night shifts (until 10pm/closing time) on sundays. he was with his friend but the one with curly hair took my order. he was giving me an attitude, treating me like i had no clue what i was doing, and didn’t give good customer service.
