Ask for fresh donuts out of the fryer and that's just what I got

Donuts are good but, they aren’t made in small batches to ensure there’s always hot ones coming during the day or even late morning. Customer service is cool but, English is really bad at times, causing confusion in what you’ve ordered. Also, sometimes the cinnamon rolls are undercooked so the center is dough. Good place but small improvements would make a big difference.

Ordered 2 egg and cheese kolaches. For both kolaches, it was mostly, the bread and very little filling. Not coming back to this location. :(

I usually have great experiences at this Shipley’s location—it’s super convenient for me, and I’ve never had a major issue, even when my order has been incorrect. However, today was different. The new cashier at the drive-thru gave off a very condescending and sarcastic vibe. He didn’t give me time to look at the menu, then told me to pull up to the first window, which was fine, but when I tried to give him my order, he just stared at me instead of actually listening. The whole interaction felt off and uncomfortable. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location.
