I’ve been going to shipleys establishments for decades…and I have never come to such an awful location. Bad donuts and service. My donuts smelled and tasted really weird…it was nothing I have ever tasted or smelled in shipleys donuts…I was so confused and literally drove to another shipleys location afterwards and purchased the exact same donuts to test it out and compare and it was obvious this locations was off. Also want to mention the donuts size compared to the other locations was smaller. Would never recommend or ever go back here again.

Always has a good variety and seasonal treats for kids. Still miss KrispyKreme for the flavor but Shipley's is a good option

The worst service ever. The Shirpley Aliana location, the owner needs to replace that lady asap . And if she is the owner, she needs to closed down, Because service business is about customer service and that she does not have. The place is alreading doing bad, now they just lost another one.

I agree with the low reviews. I only come to this location because it’s across the street from my neighborhood. Every single time I’ve visited, my order has been wrong—I’ve been overcharged, given the wrong item, or had items missing.

The drive-thru setup is confusing since it’s connected to a parking lot, navigating to it doesn’t make sense. Their intercom system also doesn’t work well—you can barely hear the person. In the beginning, I couldn’t hear them at all, so I started driving past the intercom and ordering at the pickup window instead. Eventually, I switched to using the Shipley’s app because ordering through the drive-thru was such a hassle.

I’ve also walked into the store a few times, but even after repeating my order multiple times and watching them prepare it, it still came out wrong. Most of the time, the donuts taste old and stale.

The only positive thing I can say is that the last two times I visited, I happened to get fresh glazed donuts. That doesn’t happen often, but it was a pleasant surprise.

Also a single glazed donut here is pricey. Shipleys is my favorite donut shop and I’ve been to multiple locations and this location is on the pricier end. I just checked the apps at the different locations I’ve visited to confirm before I wrote this comment.

Kolaches were good but being charged $2 for a bottle of members mark (Sam’s club brand) water is ridiculous.

The food tends to be good. The staff is rude & they tend to mess up my order a lot. Which is crazy because it's such an easy order. I don't like to make a fuss, I've worked in customer service so I understand it's brutal, but I don't tend to go to this location much anymore because of their attitude & messing up my order. Today I was running late, which is why I settled here. & even then they messed up my order. I don't eat bacon & as soon as I bit into my kolache, I got a mouthful of bacon. The Mason location is so much better & the staff at that location is so much friendlier & polite.

I placed an order for 8 dozen donuts on the Shipley website. When I arrived at the store for pickup on 7/6, the lady upfront rudely said that they don’t have the donuts needed to satisfy my order. Why accept an order when you cannot fulfill it? And why not call me ahead of time to inform me? She couldn’t give me a refund either.

I've been coming here for quite some time because its on the way to drop off the kids at school. Every time I order. They get it wrong. Today I came in, asked for 2 bold kolaches with jalapeño. She repeated it and I confirmed. I get home, and its not the ones I asked for. I've been meaning to write a review about the constant incorrect orders but today I have time. The drive through ordering is even worse when it comes to this issue.
