This place has so much potential to be amazing but they lack with quality, attention to detail, service time etc, I just know on the back end this business is probably a mess and if you pay close attention, as a consumer you can see how evident that is, when people talk bad about BOB (black owned businesses), these are the types of places they mean, that’s how I’d describe this place, not bad, they’re just on CPT time and I don’t nessesarily mean waiting a long time, all though the wait isn’t necessarily quick . Staff of very kind and welcoming, I love the DJ and atmosphere but the food is ALWAYS hit or miss. Over priced and underwhelming. I’ve been here multiple times and the food is mostly very good but it’s not ALWAYS very good. Even something as simple as cornbread… it’s underwhelming to say the least. I wish I could post a picture of the cornbread because it was terrible and hard like it was sitting under a heat lamp or steamer of some sort

Watch out for the flyers posted on their Instagram they don’t reflect an entry fee but the day of the event they will charged a entry fee which is sent to a personal cashapp account very unprofessional! When it was addressed with management she replied she was unaware what the flyer showed yet it was posted on their instagram page! Just don’t go here!

And the DJ chose was in the building and didn’t DJ yet they charged $20 to get in. Thennn another $250 for a small table of 4! Be prepared to spend money for something that’s not worth it. This place is gorgeous! First time going. The bar tender Simbi is very sweet, efficient, and waste no time making sure your good. Wednesday wings are .75 cent we tried Tx Gold,Hot Hennessy, Sweet Heat, Buffalo and Thai peanut. The best were the tx gold and Hennessy buffalo third then sweet heat then peanut only because u just taste teriyaki, ginger and not so much the peanut sauce gold the best because of the sauce omg its the right combination of honey mustard and bbq sauce. Anyway i will be back!

Upon me randomly finding Signature and realizing it was black owned, I was super excited to experience this bar. Unfortunately, my time here on Friday was the complete opposite. Hookah was trash and $40, I spoke up on it, and the owner aggressively was not open minded on my feed back, and half drunk not to mention when addressing the situation.My initial waiter was amazing an attentive but the bartender who created the mix drinks requested was a bust, and one of my two drinks had to go back after tasting the first one (Mexican candy shot).I assume because the 18% gratuity is included is why our second waiter was non existence as it took over 30 mins for me to get a DoS equis draft drink and Remy shot. Remind you, good customer service goes beyond an automatic gratituity tax, and Im a great tipper ??♀️The DJ was jamming, and the games to the front of the venue were a nice touch. Great location for Richmond TX residents, but if the service continues to remain the same, who knows…Unfortunately, i will not be back, mainly due to the lack of professionalism presented by the owner and lack of service by the staff.
I can’t say enough good things about the owner and this establishment. I’m EXTREMELY particular about the places I frequent and after visiting this place twice (My first visit I was sold on coming back), Signature 100% has a repeat visitor in me. The owner is beyond amazing and personable and her staff, especially her bartender Brandon is the type of employees you want working for you and representing your business. Not to mention the food is delicious and the drinks are great. 10/10 recommended. ❤️

Went back the following Friday for a birthday party and both the dj & food were good. This is a cool lil spot out in an area where it is truly needed. The only cons were, it's very dark at the booths, and you can't read the food/drink menus. We had to use the flashlights on our phones. Also, if you're not there for a party, the music is a bit loud. We had to scream over it just to communicate with people at our same table. Other than that, we would definitely go back!

If you're thinking about going to this place, DO NOT! I ordered a salad and when it arrived it had a big chunk of black dirt on the lettuce. I hoped that the owner would take accountability but she just excused this incident by saying the lettuce is suppose to already be pre washed. Additionally she offered to take 10% off my bill, which was unacceptable. The water glasses were dirty and they were seating customers at tables that had not been cleaned. This place will not be in business long and will probably be shut down by the health department. Sanitation seems to be a consistent issue here and the manager/owner has no clue about customer service or problem resolution.

I can’t say enough good things about the owner and this establishment.
