This location have the WORST customer service. Take forever to take your order. Noone answered on the speaker so I drove by the windows and they were literally just talking, so I drove by the speaker again, they took a while to give my and the cars infant of me orders.

I went through the driveway yesterday morning and the man working the window was so rude. He was in a crappy mood which was very clear. But there was no one else in line, the place was empty. There was no on there, what was he so mad about lol. Toaster was a little burnt but food was good enough.

Life is so much better when you use the Sonic app. You save time and money. Just let them know when you pull in, and your food is on its way. Life is good! Making amendment to the first part of the review. Stop by to place an order. It literally took 6 minutes to place an order but took 45 minutes for order to come out. By the time I received my order, my slush was watery. Had to yell to get the car hop attention because the call button kept flashing with no one answering. Worse service ever. This was the Bellaire location.

Today was the 2nd time they got my order wrong ??♂️, it’s like they don’t listen. Yesterday I ordered a combo with a diet DP, I got a regular one instead and today I ordered a supersonic burrito with no meat, I get home and there’s bacon in it. I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location.
This location is slow and often wrong! Go to a different location if you can.

Order was made incorrectly. Stated they were going to fix my order and just removed the onions off of the original order and slapped a cold piece of cheese on it and gave it back. The smash burger is super try and the top bun had finger holes in it.

Okemdi took my order here. He was rude to me on the mic and as he brought my food. He took a while coming out and every other car that came after me left before I did. I only got tater tots and fries with so drinks. somehow my order was up charged my order from $16 to $17.45 when they brought the food out. I just moved to Houston 4 days ago and this is ridiculous. Won’t be here long. Praying for the troubled man who took my order.

I’ve been coming here for over 11yrs. I live in the area. I’ve never had a wrong order or negative experience. Always positive. Everyone I have met through the years have all been professional and kind. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Niah (spelling?). Over the speaker box she sounded so warm, welcoming, friendly, and professional. When I got to the window, her energy was even more delightful & positive. Great customer service from her. Her and all the employees are a direct reflection of the management. Wonderful atmosphere, vibes, & attitude. Keep it up.
Vegetarian options: Off the top of my head I know they have onion rings, tater tots, fries, and grilled cheese.
