I had a terrible experience. I placed an order on the app at 8:14 PM and arrived at the restaurant by 8:16 PM. I waited for at least 30 minutes for just one burger, fries, and a slushie, which is ridiculous. When I tried to call for assistance, no one answered the phone. Please improve your service!

I enjoyed my visit to this sonic solely because of Kelsey who was my bellhop. She was willing to check my gift card balance and ran my card inside when it wouldn’t work at the podium. She was very helpful and attentive.
