Tots were old and stale and the burrito had so much sauce in it, that every bite sauce fell on my shirt. The bacon in the burrito tasted like it was old...not a fan of this breakfast today
I enjoyed my visit to this sonic solely because of Kelsey who was my bellhop. She was willing to check my gift card balance and ran my card inside when it wouldn’t work at the podium. She was very helpful and attentive.

This young lady at window for most of June 2024 needs help. We have been getting the half price Tues cheeseburger (2) no tomato’s for over 2 years always 5.73 . First time she couldn’t figure out change ..gave her 74 cents and a 20.00 she gave us change like all we gave her was the 20.00. Today she couldn’t get the 1/2 price cheeseburger total at all. Manager stepped in to get our order as young lady said she was new. No excuse you do need training ask for Help

Hit or miss here. Check your order for all items and details before leaving the drive thru. Polite staff however multiple times had to pull back around or return to correct order. Almost a “do not return” restaurant due to order accuracy and inconvenience as far as drive thru service. Food is good when it is hot and all together.
