Pure chiiit!! They had all the terminals open and had folk inside. We pressed the service button and waited 20min and not once did any of the folk inside said anything. One guy was on a cell phone walked outside twice, looked us dead in the face and kept on about his business. This the type of thing to make sure me and my huge family never comes here again.

If you have patience you should go here. The drive through speaker cuts in and out as well as the parking slots. You can't pay at the sign the workers will have to take care of that for you. They need to update this facility before they charge the wrong amounts due to confusion and before no one can order since almost all the slots and drive through speakers don't work.

there’s a girl carhop here who either a) doesn’t know how to count change or b) was trying to short change us when we paid today. I really hope it’s the first option. Either way be aware when you’re at this location or rather anywhere when you use cash that you get back the correct change.

Ordered. 6” chile cheese dog wit mustard and onions. Got a foot long chili cheese— no mustard and onions.

Why can't y'all fill a tater tot with cheese order? The last three times I ordered tater tots with cheese, I got tots with no cheese, tots with chili with no cheese and today no tots. If it's not an option please say so.

After reading other reviews I'm thinking there must be something seriously wrong with your ordering system.

I arrived at this Sonic at 10:42 and their closing time is 11:00. I attempted to order a simple burger, would you believe the young lady told me that they just cleaned their grill and are not serving burgers at the moment. A FRICKIN BURGER JOINT WON'T CANT MAKE A BURGER BECAUSE THEY JUST CLEAN THEIR GRILL 18 MINS BEFORE CLOSING. Just throw the entire restaurant away.

It's sad that Sonic is so pitiful now. I went today, I sat in a long line, but I was first in the drive thru. Sadly, cold food, hard taters, 6and the only thong that looks like the picture was the precooked chili dog. The worst part of it is that more and more fast food is rapidly going downhill. Poor management and worse corporations, no more are the times when people still cared what they were selling. Even worse, these big companies make it hard for small independent businesses to survive. Good luck, Sonic employees. You'll just keep losing nostalgic clients, then what do you have? Out of business, I would imagine.
Oh, final note, they clearly do not clean or change their fryer oil. Them chemicals they use are coming through in the food. The oil is expensive, I know, but you would think that the manager wouldn't be so cheap as to not want the fried items to taste like food, not cleaner. Have a nice day, and avoid this place unless you are feeding someone you don't really like.
Funny, look at reviews, all the same response about "bad experience." Suggestion to the "owner" sell it to someone who cares about their clients. You can't even spend the time to respond with sincerity to the people who are paying you. Well played genius ?.
