The owner ( totally forgot to get his name) was very helpful and friendly when I took my daughters bike in to get tidied up. He gave great tips and education on bike maintenance, etc. Other people walked in and he acknowledged them ,but I didn't feel rushed. The coffee ☕️ was great too! I'll be a returning customer.
Great customer service. I spoke with 3 different employees about my new bike being delivered there by Specialized and they were all very attentive and answered my questions. The mechanic John even helped load up my new bike. Also had some coffee and pastries there with my wife. Good place and vibe. I Will definitely be doing my cycling purchases and service with them.

I needed a freewheel, Johnny explained my options and then had it installed in a few minutes. The shop is 42 miles from my house, but I will be returning when I need repair work.
