I appreciate the dining experience our baby shower group received today in the banquet room. Today was my first time meeting the manager, Lance in person. I appreciate his high level of professionalism, his smile, his pleasant personality and his openness to accommodate our group when asked. In my book and on a scale from one to ten, he is a ten plus. Our restaurant industry needs more like him. Just to note his staff mirrors his work ethics.
