I walked in a store on 3/28 a lady was working behind the register and allowed me to stand there until she chose to check me out on her time. She didn’t have a badge on and was dressed in a burgundy shirt.

I did bring it up to the staff working, otherwise if her customer service wasn’t there she should’ve been in the back of the store . My order came out perfect thank you 🤦

Horrible experience. First, the male cashier actually agreed to give me the water, but then some rude male supervisor (or whoever he was) suddenly interrupted and denied me, saying I couldn’t get water unless I bought something. I never asked for free water—I was willing to pay—but he shut me down in the most dismissive, unprofessional way before I could even respond. It was a dire emergency, and they still refused. Absolutely unacceptable—I’ll never come back here again.

Move over Starbucks. You have competition in this very competitive area. Many other better coffee shops around, so no need to go to Starbucks anymore and experience burnt overly sweet coffee! Hooray!

The guy greeting the customers is rude and apparently doesn’t want to work there should find another job! Very rude and disrespectful. Not sure of his name but he was wearing a pink shirt. Shame! This typically is the Starbucks culture… get it together!

I come home to visit of course Starbucks would have top tier customer service per usual. Not today maybe I’m just spoiled but this morning this crew probably needed a quick shot of “hello how are you today” training before the shift.

I never order on the app but today I did, went to the drive thru and I said "I have a MOBILE ORDER for Liz" soo when I got the window the girl there was like "Oh you are the mobile order" like making fun of me!! Then she gave me thecoffe that was horrible and I noticed that have those stickers on it. They tried to make fun of me putting those stickers???? What's this place??! All this bad reviews are true.

Today I visited the Starbucks store to exchange an item that was paid for in cash and we only wanted to pay the difference. Mr. Jeremy, according to the manager of this location, in a very bad attitude told us that it is not possible without giving any further explanation. What bothers me the most is his arrogance. They are going to lose many customers like this.

The staff here is very cool and accommodating. If you got an issue with them, tbvh, that’s on you 😭 I’m saying that as someone who’s been coming here for years now. They work really hard and have great, upbeat energy whenever I see them. I’ve seen them have to deal with huge swathes of customers or kids hanging out from the high school nearby. They also make the atmosphere here super nice for getting work done.

I was on a business trip in Houston and I used to sit in this coffee shop to study for my boards on a daily basis, and I was touched by the friendly atmosphere.
Kudos to Mr Freddie and colleagues for their hospitality and kindness.

The manager and server were very disrespectful and not at all customer friendly or concerned about keeping a customer. I would not recommend this store unless they change managers and staff.

Ordered from uber eats and when delivered they did not add all of my items I spent almost 40 dollars and they didn’t even want to give me a refund on the items I didn’t receive so be careful ordering from them .. it’s better if you go down there that way you can check and make sure they add everything you pay for

I honestly hate this Starbucks EVERYTIME I COME they either give me way too much ice or not enough drink and they have a problem when I correct them. This was the drink they handed me today through the drive up. When asked where is the rest of my drink they added more ice instead when I originally asked for light ice. I asked for a new cup to avoid a watered down drink and honestly to see how much I really paid for. Starbucks is expensive and I refuse to pay for just ice

Doors locked at 9:15 when they close at 9:30. I went thru the drive thru to ask them to open the door, and while they did acknowledge they were still open and could understand my frustration, they still refused to open the door. The best type of people you want working customer service

I was in here recently on a Saturday and the 2 or 3 males working kept pointing and talking about one of the female customers. Very awkward. Please train your employees better to focus on their work without creepishly staring at females within the facility and talking about the customers. Focus on your work and the service because you are making guests uncomfortable
