I come here almost everyday with my husband and dog. The general manager Brian is absolutely amazing!! Unfortunately I can’t say the rest for his staff. This past Sunday I had ordered 14 drinks. The 7 matchas I ordered were not edible tasting like straight milk. I ordered them without ice and they filled the venti cup at halfway. I called and my complaint was handled gracefully with Brian, he guaranteed me a refund for the several matchas. I called the next day before coming in to make sure Brian was in before I came in to process the refund. Instead I was given the weirdest attitude from Kaitlin who is usually really nice. She said my refund for the matchas were not guaranteed by Brian and that she had several questions to ask me. I answered her questions as best as I could and repeated a few things Brian shared with me and she aggressively insisted everything I said was not correct. When I told her the drinks were still in our fridge not edible she only responded by saying “drinkable, you mean they are not drinkable” which I found very hostile like how do I respond to someone attempting to correct my grammar. She asked me what my total was 3xs each time I told her $96.23.. I then just told her it’s not a big deal I’ll wait for Brian to come in and asked if he would be in tomorrow. She said she couldn’t share that information with me. I don’t understand how I went from my problem being gracefully handled by Brian to being dismissed by Kaitlin, her entire response was uncalled for. She could have taken my number and offered for the store manager to return my call when he came in instead..

Apparently, this is the only location that enforces you to pay for Water from the tap, when all other locations are welcomely, offering free water from the tap. All other locations are normally friendly, nonjudgmental, and non-questionable. Apparently this location, judges, and questions just on getting a water bottle filled. Definitely avoid this location.

This particular Starbucks on Mason and WPT is awesome. The staff always have smiles on their faces and are ready to get things right an make customers happy , I don't go to any other store other than this one , just fantastic.

Why do they close at 8:37 pm if the schedule says 9:00 pm.. My sister was walking to order in the store and when they saw her they when lock the door. How rude the employees are 🙄
