The girl at the window had a nasty attitude, made my order wrong and when i asked her to remake it took it to the back for a couple of seconds and rehanded me the same drink. I ordered an iced coffee with no sugar and yet she didn’t have the decency to remake it after adding tons of caramel and full sugar syrups i did not ask for. I have type two diabetes, had I not noticed the remaining caramel at the bottom of my cup I could’ve been hospitalized. She does not deserve to have a job there and hope she fixes her own problems, maybe starting with her own health too as it looks like she could lose a couple of pounds.

The short black girl with glasses that always wears a mask at the window, please talk to her about her customer service. She never says hello when we approach the window and seems like she’s not happy to be there. I get working in the service industry but pls work on her customer service skills. It’s rude at times.

I’m an avid Starbucks girl, I love my iced vanilla lattes, but I have an issue with this location. Every time I get my usual iced vanilla latte it tastes extremely bitter and this morning I received my order and the coffee was clearly burnt. I risk wasting around $8 every time I go to this location, which stinks because it is super close to me. I’m disappointed. ☹️ Service is great though!

Drive thru employee that took my order had a bad attitude. Coffee to creamer to ice ratio was not on par to Starbucks quality standard. Not worth it to go back to this location because of the lack of customer service.
