I have been eating inside Starbucks for decades. I have to say this was the best experience EVER! Alex was the kindest and had the most wonderful customer service I have ever experienced. She didn’t act like she was herding cattle and in a race to get the next customer. She brought my coffee and breakfast out and then made sure I knew that I get a refill of their coffee or tea . I will now drive the extra 3 miles to be at this location as long as this is the service my family and I get. The entire staff treated each person like they were the only ones there. However, Alex was absolutely spectacular!

Really disappointed in this location. Starbucks recently closed their mason and westheimer pkwy location and I decided to try this one. Let’s just say, I won’t be stopping for my Starbucks in the morning anymore. My drink was not made correctly and when I entered the place to pick up my items, not one single employee said good morning or hello. Not the usual Starbucks experience I’ve had at other locations. Definitely need to speak with your employees about their customer service values.

I posted a comment for this particular location because on my normal commute to work I stop here and get a coffee venti Pike with cream and three Splenda just about every day and this morning they handed me a coffee with no Splenda and a splash of cream they want tips but they can't even get a simple order right occasionally

Typical nice Starbucks vibes. Friendly service and great coffee
Ordered a venti Americano and they handed it to me in a single cup without a sleeve or double cup. The coffee was scalding hot and ended up burning my hand. Very careless and unsafe—disappointed in how little attention they gave to customer safety.

I have been going to this Starbucks for years and have always found the store to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I haven't caught all of the names of folks I see regularly there, but I know one of them is Scott! He always has a friendly smile and kind word to share. I order my drink with a milk alternative, and this store has never once messed up my order despite going there multiple times a month since they opened (which is not something I can say for other Starbucks stores in the area). So happy to call this my home store.
