The days before Christmas and they have 1 person at the counter. He has no sense of urgency and is working about as slow as he possibly can. The line is taking 20-30 minutes yo get a drip coffee.....Take 1 order. Make one order. Take one order. Make one order.......Perhaps take all the orders quickly then make them would go faster? Group orders for Fraps, drip coffee and food items instead of one at a time.And on his cell phone.

Worst customer service I have experience. Actually they have no etiquette for service. Line is long. The lady at the register doesn’t acknowledge customers waiting … just walks away from register and does other things. Rather go across the street to Black Rock

Got an iced coffee here. It was exactly as I expected from Starbucks.There was no line. My drink was made quickly. It is convenient to grab a drink here while shopping at Target. Prices are similar to stand-alone stores.

Their oven barely ever works. Every other week i cant Get food there. And i work Next door so it’s pretty annoying. Came in ordered food and a drink, i paid, then she comes back and tells me the oven isn’t working. She didn’t know it wasn’t working prior to my order? I was not the first customer of the day…
