The service here has been horrible the last 3 times I've been here. The staff frowns and acts as if you're bothering them by coming in. The girl fixing my sandwich on the last visit was clearly a first timer. Her coworkers refused to help her so I went home with a wrap that looked like it exploded. They shut down at 850, and not 9. I found that a few weeks ago when I pulled on the door and the staff ignored me and hid in the back. I won't go back and I think no one should give this location business. Salad a Go and Jersey Mike's are better options!

Never write reviews, but I ordered a sandwich with bacon and when taking a bite realized the bacon was completely raw.

Found a long hair in my sandwich and called the number on their receipt and found it was disconnected.I later drove back to their shop and they made it good. They should still have a working phone though. I was told they have not had a phone in 2 years.

Did an online order and none of the sandwiches were the way we wanted them to be extra were paid for an not added, extra were on the sandwiches not needing extras. Lesson learned go inside and see them make the sandwiches
Not too sure of the Hispanic gentleman's name that was working today (2/23/23), but he was unbelievably rude. I witnessed him being condescending to another customer and it's amazing that this person represents this business. He has no place in customer service and he will definitely hurt the company's brand and store sells.
Junior was very rude and disrespectful. I asked him to taste the garlic aioli sauce before he placed it on my sandwich. He told me to open the palms of my hand, I asked why he said so you can taste it.I was like my hands are dirty, give me that fork behind you, He said what ever, I dont know how your going to do that, but ok. I said excuse me, he immediatley replied I wasnt being disrespectful. This was the worse experience I've ever had in a Subway. Please teach your staff to be respectful. And not to taste from the palm of there hands. Store number #68757-0

The lady that made my sandwich could not tell a pickle from a jalapeno and the manager Albert said I should have been watching the lady while she made it. He did not care and was not empathetic at all. The lady that was there was rolling her eyes and very unprofessional. My sandwich was great but I ordered another one for my friend and I had it all written down on a paper so I was looking at that while she was putting the ingredients on sandwich. . I should not have trusted that she knows the difference between a pickle and a jalapeno. I asked this man Albert for the corporate number and he said he is the corporate. Newsflash! Everyone has someone to answer to and I recommend more classes to improve customer service. Imagine if my friend had been allergic to jalapenos. I went to the store and they could not have cared any less or anymore.
Horrible service
Good food, kinda slow
Best subway of ever been to staff is extremely amazing professional quick and understandable couldn’t have went to a better Subway hands down.
Subway- the well know sub shop. Offering fresh ingredients and a range of choices Subway is the go-to for many on the go or looking for a quick meal. While their gluten free options are quite limited (hey Subway, work with Udis and offer GF options!!), they have salads and what we call the sub platter where you order everything but the bread on the wrapper and have them put it in a bowl or on the paper (the latter is best for meat subs)The store on Crab River is tucked away behind the Mobil and is across from CVS and is on a little strip plaza with a hair and nail studio, a pack and ship, and a gym among other shops.Plenty of parking. Open late for the Greatwood community pedestrians who can walk up along the adjacent sidewalks.Handicap accessible parking and building- the wheelchair ramp is about in the middle of the plaza and right by the Luxurious Nails which is two doors down from Subway.Reasonable price- friendly service- nice location- lots of parking - clean throughout. Wish they had gluten free bread but we can make due.
