Customer Service was horrible at this Subway location at 742 University Dr Suite B Prairie View TX 77446. I went Inside the store. On 5/13/2022 at approximately 09:17 am, to purchase me something to eat due to a long day ahead of me. When I got inside the store there was no one present at the counter, to get whosoever was working attention I stated Hello, anyone here. I observe female employee came out from the back area of the Store. I greeted this female employee with the joyful and friendly manner. her reply was not cheerful towards me, her attitude towards me was like I was Her worst enemy. I even asked her how was your day? Just to see if I could have done better to Cheer her up. Remember this the female employee she is serving the public. Her reply was not pleasant towards me. She started It’s OK. to my knowledge I know something was not right or something seems to be bothering her. I know sometimes we might have some good days and some bad days on the job. I placed my order and after placing my order she told me my total as soon as I pay for my order she was nowhere to be seen she went straight back to the back of the store which I think it was a little bit rude. I did my very best not to make her day get worse or I’m not sure if she did not like my professional career of who I am. if someone from the corporate office to do something to help this female employee from the above location store I would greatly appreciate thank you ??

Zero customer service, store attendant made mistake during charging us, now everyone makes mistakes but what followed was a bizzare sequence of activities. Lots of tantrum being thrown. I got to start talking to store manager on phone , call dropped then Roza refused to pick my calls despite me trying several times. Agent wasn't trained on how to refund and was saying there was no solution to overcharging us. After maybe 15mins in store we got our refund, but overall it was an unprofessional situation. So i should lose my money because your employee made a mistake and wasn't trained? Also their tuna tastes weird. So never going back

Ordered a sandwich and the bread was so stale. The veggies were old and looked gross. When I bite into the bread I couldn't even bite through it cuz it was so stale. Don't waste your time

I come into this subway about twice a week. I see this worker ,who has served me before ,serving a huge line of people by himself, on the verge of tears because of how overwhelmed he is. I strike up a conversation and he goes on to tell me that it is his 4th day working by himself and it isn’t uncommon for him work alone. I don’t understand how management could be so careless about how their employees are treated. I will never spend a dime at this subway again if this is how they treat their staff.

Talk about kindness ,quality, courtesy and speedy service.Thank you so much I love subway and this location makes up for all the other poor service places . The kindness of the employees here always makes my day happier. It took mrs Martha aprox 3 min to have my sandwich ready now idk about you but that was fast I called in to make an order over the phone and when I pulled up she was basicly already done and btw I was just around the corner , when I made the call I'm soo impressed by her exceptional service today I going to keep going there as long as i live in this area lol ... I'm not only impressed by her but also impressed by the other imployees there . It's always clean and they are always ready to make your sandwich I never have to wait long .. so far the best of the best subways I have encountered thank you sooo much yall are the best sandwiches artists I have found yet keep up the great work guys !!!
