I had not visited Subways in a good while. The options have changed a bit but they still have delicious meat options, fresh veggies, good condiments plus fresh baked cookies. They deli server was super nice and helpful but struggled a little with his English. It was difficult to communicate and to understand what he said but overall it was good he was eager to help us and make our visit a good one. Restrooms were clean, store was clean. Plenty of parking

If I could rate it one stars I would. I came here yesterday to get a sub BOGO for me and my mom and I’m so irritated because as soon as I ate it I had to go to the restroom due to horrible food poisoning and my mom developed the same symptoms. They need to be more hygienic! Never eating subway again

I understand people want to go home. I showed up 10 minutes before close. One of the employees was throwing away trash when I was parking and made eye contact with me the entire time. Open sign was still on. Employee somehow beats me to the door. Only way that could’ve happened is if he ran back to the door when I wasn’t looking. As I get out of my car to approach the door he looks me in the eyes and locks it, I make a confused face and he motions that they’re closed and turns the open sign off. Not sure if the owner expects them to clock out at 10pm on the dot so they close 10 minutes before their store hours. Just thought it was a very strange interaction to watch me park and beat me to the door. I guess just make sure you get here 20 minutes before they close to avoid running into the same problem.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I ordered two sandwiches online . when I went to pick it up They said they didn’t have my order even though I showed proof that I paid for it and had an order number. They refused to give me my sandwiches or give me a refund And the lady working in there is super rude. I will never go back here again.

Specialty drinks empty and machines not used anymore, lemonade out, vitamin water out. Old bread that was crunchy almost like a crouton, old brown lettuce, small cookies. $18 bucks. Employees there were very nice but where’s the regional manager who overseas the locations? What happen?

I ordered 2 Steak and Cheese Subs online for pickup on Saturday December 28 2024 in the special instructions box I requested that the Steak be heated up on both Sandwiches when I got there to pick up the Sandwiches they were both cold as ice and one of the guys in the back took the sandwiches and put them in the oven wrap on them and all which was crazy and the sandwiches were still cold as ice also half of the stuff that I requested to be on the sandwiches was not added to the sandwiches which is very poor service and the place was empty therefore there was no excuse for the sandwiches not to be made correctly .

I don't even know where to begin. I've never had worse service at a Subway. There were only 2 people eating in the store. No other customer than myself. No greeting at all. There were 2 workers. I stood at the counter waiting to order for about 2 minutes while one lady stood there wiping off the bread racks. Another young man was putting what I'm guessing was an online order in a bag. After several minutes the lady spoke to him and he walked over and asked if he could help me. I asked if the store had veggie patties. He mumbled something and walked off. I thought maybe he was getting some from the back. After several more minutes he came back and started sweeping the floor! Finally the lady stopped wiping the racks and asked me what I wanted. I had to ask her to repeat herself several times as I couldn't understand her. So while she started my order the young man continued sweeping the floor just a few feet from the counter. As I was placing an order for others and not eating in the store, I asked if I could have the dressing on the side so the sandwiches wouldn't get mushy. She told me she couldn't do that. "They don't give dressing on the side." Okay. That's a first. I'm always very generous and give a tip when folks make that extra attempt to make your sandwich well. Needless to say there was no tip given. Once home and went to eat the sandwiches, all parties commented that the bread tasted like day old bread. Worst customer service today at this Subway.

Shoutout to Roderick! He is very kind and personable which allows for great customer service and an overall smooth experience. I had never been to this location before but given the great staff cleanliness and I loved my sandwich selection. I will be back! Thanks again Roderick! Keep up the great work!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Subway location. The sandwich I received was poorly made with stale bread and barely any fillings. But what made the visit truly awful was the behavior of the staff.

The two guys working behind the counter were throwing food at each other and playing around in a very disrespectful and disgusting manner. Their lack of professionalism was appalling and made me question the hygiene standards of this location. I will definitely not be returning and wouldn’t recommend this Subway to anyone.
