Easily the best subway experience I have ever had. They served me promptly even with people in line, took the time and effort to make sure my food was hot fresh and ready for pick up. The gentleman went out of his way to make sure I was good with my order and even gave me a cup of water without me asking. Excellent service! Will be sure to return.

My wife and I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location today. When my wife politely asked if her chicken could be warmed up in the microwave, the employee immediately responded with an attitude, saying, “We don’t have a microwave here.” When she pointed right at the microwave that was clearly visible, he said, “Yes, but it’s not for that.”

She asked what it was for if not for warming food, and he repeated, “Not for that, not for that,” in a rude and dismissive tone. We explained that other Subway locations have no issue using the microwave to heat up chicken when requested, and he snapped back, “We don’t do that here. We don’t do that here.”

The entire interaction was unprofessional, unnecessary, and disrespectful. He wasn’t wearing a name tag, but he appeared to be in his mid-30s and had a very unpleasant attitude. Because of how we were treated, we decided to leave without ordering. We refuse to spend our money somewhere that treats customers this way.

This was a simple, reasonable request that could have easily been handled politely. Unfortunately, the experience completely turned us away from this location.

Go somewhere else. We bought 4 sandwiches. The lettuce was brown, the spinach was wilted and darker skinny green, the tomatoes didn't look right and the bread was at least 2 days old.
