Understaffed? Seriously? How can a franchise have this much difficulty maintaining this location? Who's idea was it to be in charge here?

The owners and management need to do a better job with this location. The two people working were trying desperately to keep up with the long line of in-person orders and the endless list of online orders coming in. I placed an online order, made it to the location 20 mins later (the time indicated) and still waited for 30 mins. If I were an in-person order, I would not have waited.
The management of this location is absolutely garbage. Just want to clarify that the woman and man working today were very nice and this review has little to do with them. The chip selection was your choice of only 2 different chips. The soda machine was broken and if you wanted a bottled soda, pick your poison between Pepsi and Diet Pepsi. No other options available. Napkins weren’t readily available. They were out of pepper for sandwiches. Almost every single table or seat in the place was dirty. The manager should absolutely be replaced with someone more competent. We won’t be coming back to this location. The saddest Subway that ever lived.

There were two people working. One was on her cell phone talking. I don't think they could understand me. I asked for white bread, they gave me wheat. I asked for an All American (turkey was out - not their fault) they did not know how to make it. Put the wrong amount of cheese on. All American comes with 2x. Didn't put enough meat. Told them pickles on one 6 in but, not the other...they put them on both. Didn't put the bacon on at all. Asked for a pretzel TOO. They made two pretzels instead of one. My husband's steak sub was supposed to have pepper jack, he got american. Wanted fountain drinks but, apparently they didn't have those either. Took 30 mins just to get our stuff and still came out wrong. 1st time here. Don't think I will be going back.

A placed an online order walked in 5 mins before .ok I’ll wait .. I placed an online order so I didn’t have to talk to anyone. But I was asked what my name was 5 times . Two people also walked in and they stood there for 5 mins before they could even help them .. the workers alarm went off the whole time while they were making sandwiches for a solid two minutes. They seem a bit unorganized at this place not to mention one time before my order wasn’t processed but accepted the payment. and the time before that they forgot multiple things on my sandwich.

Every day without fail this specific location is never open on time (posted hours of operation: Monday-Friday 8am-10pm Saturday 8:00am-10:00pm Sunday 9am-10pm) I’m here every morning Monday through Friday and the open sign is on but lights are off, door is locked and no one is here. No one gets here until 45min-1 hour AFTER the business is suppose to open!
once someone finally arrives they take their sweet time walking in then lock the door behind after entering and don’t open for business untill Close to 9:30-9:45am. Myself and COUNTLESS OTHERS have been forced to go somewhere else due to the lack of poor management, poor work ethics and poor customer service. I’m writing this review today because the franchise owner needs to be aware of this situation. This has been going on for a month straight (actually near 2 months now)
I strongly feel that there are more deserving businesses out here. If this business does not wish to operate then vacate and allow a more ambitious and qualified business have this space.

This is definitely the worst location! Over 30 minutes to make 2 sandwiches, I asked for them to be toasted but they were burnt, bread is so hard that you can’t bite into it. Steer clear from this location.

The worst subway I have ever eaten, I placed the order or line and it never arrived, my husband had to dictate the order to them, the preparation of the bread is with little filling, I didn't like it at all. They forgot to put the bacon on my bread and they gave it to me in a separate bag. HORRIBLEEE

I’m struggling to get in contact with someone about my service for tonight - I ordered online and came 10 min or so after my pick up time for my food. When I arrived, about 5 people were in line. I hopped in after the ones at the register and when they finished I asked for my online order of a couple sandwiches under my name. The man was obviously overwhelmed as he told me that he was unable to give them to me. I asked why. He told me that it was because everyone quit today (he was working alone). He was struggling to manage the beeping noises in the back and was drenched in sweat. I told him it was ok and that I could just get a refund. He said he couldn’t provide me one. I asked him if he was the manager. He said no, that he didn’t even work at the location. He told me I could probably cancel in the app. I had not had the app downloaded, however, and placed it on a web browser and it didn’t allow me the option to get a refund. I wanted to work with him so I said he could make a sandwich now if it would be better for him, and he said he didn’t have turkey and so I asked what he did have. He told me he had chicken breast. I said sure I’d settle for that. When he went to get my bread, he didn’t switch gloves from the ones he was using that were obviously dirty, then proceeded to wipe the sweat from his forehead and touch the 2 loaves I had asked for. I smiled and told him that I felt bad that he was so swamped and would take my luck contacting the company and just wanted the receipt instead. I genuinely did feel bad, but I was grossed out and pissed off too. I was trying to cover lunch for tomorrow and dinner, but instead am short money with nothing to show for it. As I left some family friends were coming in and I pleaded they didn’t waste their time. I didn’t give details, but I would want a warning too… I didn’t record and I’m not including the name he gave because I don’t want to put him on blast. He was trying his best. But I am grossed out, hungry, short some money, and just want a refund and to never return to this location again. The last time I came here was bad too, but I waited some time and hoped a different crew would give a better experience. I sent in a ticket a bit ago through the customer feedback and hope someone can assist me before I contact my bank.
As some other people said, they always have a broken drink machine, take your money for orders that have been cancelled (or don’t even cancel them), and have a very bad online order rep. People are half pleasant and half rude… If you do give them a chance, go in and be vocal about what you do and don’t want.
Edit: I went to contact us on their corporate site and filled out the form and someone got back to me in less than 24 hrs and issued a refund. For that, I still like subway. Just not this location because it’s been a mess.

This is by far the smallest sandwich I’ve ever seen from yall. I ordered a ham and bacon footlong and there are 4 slices of ham on the entire sandwich. I also asked for it toasted which it’s not but the gentleman put it in the over so I’m not sure what happen. I’m eating a thin, floppy, raw and cold flat bread sandwich. For $11 too

I regularly come to this establishment in the mornings before entering work and for a short time I have been attended by a super nice girl, she is always in a good mood, she is quite nice with customers

Ordered online for a quick pick up. Went in to grab my sandwich and while the sandwich creator was nice I was extremely upset to find out that he had put onions on my sandwich when my order clearly stated Remove Onions.
Made the taste of the sandwich all wrong.

my god the amount of toppings they put on is so small it’s crazy. i’m eating a sandwich so flat it’s basically all bread and i’m not being dramatic.
