The service is slow. The servers dont understand directions. This establishment need alot lot more work with production. This is the slowest serving subway I have been to.

I placed and paid for an online order to be picked up at this location. When I went to get the food, the staff stated the computers were down and refused to give me the order. I showed them the app, which indicated the payment was made and the order was in the process of being made. It didn't matter. A staff member contacted their "boss" Masiel, who instructed them not to honor the order because of "computer issues." After I left, the app stated the food was picked up and my credit card was charged. I emailed Subway and did not receive a response other than the automatic email. They never refunded my money or reward points. I had to dispute the issue with my credit card in order to try to get my money back.

I have came to this location a couple of times, but I think this is about the 5th time where I go at 9:40 and they say they are closed when they close at 10:00. The service is also pretty terrible. I suggest going to a different location, with better service.

Better than your average Subway, the service was great. It was the day after Christmas and they were still smiling and helpful, they made our food even had patience when we had to wait on an order.

Ordered online, waited in car till my order time and the app said ready. Went inside and hadn’t even started the order. As I waited another 15 mins I watch 4 other people get their walk in sandwiches and watch the 3 employees cut up the entire time. When my order was ready, I asked for a business card to reach out to the manager. When they could not provide that, they wanted to give me a shift leaders name. When I said that was unacceptable, if you aren’t going to give the manager’s name then I want all 3 of your names. Then I was given the name of Erik, still with no number!I ADVISE, DO NOT EAT HERE! Waste of money if you want any sort of service! Highly dissatisfied! I definitely will not be back!

What a shishow. Close at 9 got there at 8. 30min later and still hadnt been able to order, depite being 1st in line, as they seemed solely focused on online orders. Asked Tony and he was snotty as hell but at least he acknowledged me finally. I called while standing in line and he answered but wouldnt take my order. Finally left with no food but a knowledge that I will never go back to that location.

This Location is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I ordered for pick up and when I got home I bit into old rotten spinach and cucumber!! I called to see if they could refund me for my sandwich and the manager tried giving me a gift card!!! Which was not my payment method!!! I will not be coming to this location anymore!!! 0 stars !! Great thing my bank is disputing the whole transaction

The girls who made the subs were very amiable and gave prompt and accurate service. I hadn't been to a Subway in at least 6 months and I forgot how much I like it. Subway rocks!
