Me and my family have been coming for years, probably 15 years. The service has always been great, after all this time all the long time servers like Jojo, Bunny and the others and even newer faces like Cassie give us excellent service every time. Food is great and my favorite thing is that you can ask for sushi rolls to be rice free or modified as you prefer. I love their drinks and just the overall atmosphere. There is no other place we go to for Sushi here in Katy. Highly recommended!

Will not be returning. My husband and I have been to Sushi Hanna throughout the years living in Cinco and have found them to be a good option for Sushi. This last visit was horrible. We were waited on by a waitress whom had been there for years, I remember her from years past. My husband and I waited for a very long time to have our order taken. I saw her wait on other tables and just pass us by. We just sat and watched her. So, I had another waitress to take our order because we had been sitting for so long. The waitress then came over to confirm our order. I had the all you can eat sushi and my husband had the hibachi grill. The food took forever. The waitress never took time to come over to check on us. When our food finally came out, my husband had no sauce with his food and I had no ginger or wasabi with my sushi, no refilled water either. The waitress never came back. I will not be back to Sushi Hanna. There are better options and the all you can eat is not worth it for the time taken to receive your food. The service was absolutely horrible. Everyone wants a tip but good service is expected for the tip given. My husband still tipped 20% in which he should not have. The waitress was horrible. I do believe we would have had a much better experience if she had been a better waitress.

It's average. Rolls are ok but some ingredients are not quite fresh. Oyster roll had a very bitter aftertaste. Water had a very mineral taste. Service was decent.

Some food like calamari came out cold but they were quick to fix that.

Overall, I wouldn't say it's worth the price

Quite depressing. All you can eat option is a scam, you wait too long for the food. The manager’s expectation is that you will give up eating and get out as the food takes forever to arrive.

My brothers had their birthday dinner here last night and the food was amazing!! Most of all our server Cassie did an outstanding job and really went the extra mile to make it memorable! Definitely will be requesting her when I go back!
