I decided to try them out and was generally excited to try them, however I ordered my food online to pick up at 1 pm (since i was going gonna my lunch break) but when I got there my food wasn’t ready I didn’t actually get my food until 1:25 then it was not fully cooked the batter on the fish was slipping off and the fish had a rubbery texture to it. I was very disappointed with my experience. However I understand things happen and the staff was very nice so I will give them a 3/5

This place is decent, I’ve been here a few times and always get the chicken and waffles. On my most recent visit I noticed that the waffle was different then the other times. This waffle was very dense and had chunks of sugar in it that was not appetizing and I honestly could not finish it. It seems like it came out of a package and not the fresh made square waffles that I’ve gotten before. Also the wings are good but It would be better if the entire wing was covered in the seasoning and not just on one side.

Cant explain this place other than, find a way to get there! This is hands down a hidden gem in Houston. I was a little leery because of the short menu of chicken items, but my perspective made an immediate u-turn as I now want to try the whole menu. I ordered "The Boss" chicken sandwich with fries. The whole flavor profile of the sandwich was spectacular and the fries are not the ordinary as they are seasoned and for the better. I also had the Red Beans and Rice--I have nothing to say but, second to none, they are so packed with delicious flavor that I want more even after I am stuffed from the meal. I will definitely be back many times and 100% recommend anyone reading this to get there now, because you are missing out!

Fish tasted fresh, light and flakey, perfectly cooked. Rice tasted good and the etouffee tied everything together. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming.

So I called in my order at 7:20 pm guy on the phone said we close at 8 I said I'll be there in 30 to 35 mins he said ok. Can you believe when I got there at 8:05 I walked in and the guy that took my order said ahh yea the kitchen closed and I told them not to start your order. That was very unprofessional. I would've felt better walking up to a locked door than walking in and my food never got started

My husband and I highly recommend this restaurant! Wonderful place and the food is amazing. Everyone there is so friendly they treat you like family. We absolutely love it.

Well this was me and my husband first time visiting this establishment. Customer service was pretty good! I tried the ratchet azz shrimp fried rice and my rice wasn’t cooked all the way so they recooked my rice. I definitely appreciate that. But however after getting home eating it, I realized that it’s just not for me. Now they chicken wings were the bomb! My husband enjoy his fried and chicken sandwich they are so savory and delicious. Overall our experience was good. The place was nice and clean. We will definitely go back again thou.
The staff was friendly and very helpful and the food was fabulous! We had the stuffed chicken wings and the swamp shrimp and rice. I've never had stuffed chicken wings before and they were phenomenal! And the swamp shrimp and rice was very tasty as well! I loved the service and the friendliness of the staff, they made you feel at home& very welcomed! But because they cook everything when you order it, don't expect to be in-and-out in 10 minutes. But I don't mind that because the food was great!

We drove from Manvel, Tx (approx. 30 mins) to see for ourselves what the Swamp Chicken hype was all about.Well folks let me tell you....its a Fact that the Swamp Chicken is all THAT!! we ordered a variety of items and they were all delicious. Cooked to perfection.Don't forget to get a tall glass of that Swamp Punch to wash down your brunch.
