Just wanted some nachos for a snack. The young guy at the drive through window was all smiles and I appreciate that. However, the Nacho Bell Grande was poorly thrown together. The cheese/meat/sourcream combination served over the chips was completely rationed. Disappointed that no one seems to care how they put together an order that someone is paying for. Prices aren’t that good for the subpar quality of the service and food sold at this franchise location.

I don't normally put bad reviews but I have to. I literally got a FLAT BURRITO!! What the actual hell going on. I paid for a 5 layer burrito and got only freaking nacho cheese and beef. This thing was so freaking flat the soft tacos looked better. This is EMBARRASSING for the establishment. What is more embarrassing is the fact it looked like only 2 people were working. Why haven't the gm hired more people!? I hope the 2 gentleman who worked tonight on October 6th get a raise or better job. For the workers who are going to see this review. I do mystery shopping, and the morning/mid shift need some fixing as well. The older lady need to stop being rude to customers. I have met some of you, the gm and Noe. Hopefully this opens y'all damn eyes and fix this because this is UNEXCEPTIONABLE.

This place is terrible, the drive thru was blocked by a car with a sign on the window saying that the drive thru was closed, so I went inside to place a order, no one was inside”what a surprise”!!! So as I stood there waiting to place my order it became apparent that the group that was huddled talking amongst themselves had no interest whatsoever in taking my order, I walked out! Do not dine here, if you do be prepared for drive thru closure and non attentive staff!

My friend and I LOVE Taco Bell! We love all the yummy, fun food and always look forward to our next visit. In short, Taco Bell is our favorite spot for delicious, fun food that never fails to hit the spot. We always leave with smiles and satisfied cravings! ☺️

You can't trust the Food they serve you. I've got sick twice eating there. Most of the time is not well cooked and the way they prepare the food is of much poor quality and quantity than other Taco Bells. Avoid this location of Taco bell. Again same thing. My parents went to this location and extremely rude staff this time. Some nasty human work at this location of Taco Bell
This has to be one of the worst stores in the chain. They lock their restaurant doors really early (they claim it's because of high crime or lack of personnel). I was literally waiting to get the food for a good 3 minutes while the employees was laughing and joking. I really normally go to other Taco Bell stores that are farther away to avoid this one but today I stopped at the one on my way home. Again this store did not change my feelings on the poor management.

Very fast drive thru service. Almost too fast, I didn't have a chance to put my change in my wallet before the supervisor was at the window asking if everything was ok.

We placed an order and it was large. When we got to the store to pick it up we could tell they were understaffed and overwhelmed. We placed our order at 8:30 and headed to the store after 15 minutes. We waited a little while as there were no orders on the rack and then decided to wait in the dining room. 9:20 rolls around no order. 9:30 rolls around no order. 9:45 I ask about our order after finally getting to talk to the girl she said it should be out shortly. 10 comes and still no order. The girl then asked why were I the lobby and we told her we were still waiting for my order. Only to be told they no longer have our order. What???!!!!??? Where did it go we were sitting here for over an hour. We got a notification our order was ready on the app but we never saw it. We were charged and when asked to get a refund we’re told we have to call customer service. Worst customer service ever they don’t even check on their customers and forget them.
