They have downsized the portion so much it's just not worth it anymore. My go to use to be the quesidilla but it barely had any meat it. Not going back.

Waited 20 minutes for food, which is long for a fast-food spot.

I understand things happen—new staff, lunch rush, supply delays—

but many people only have a 30-minute lunch break, and this kind of wait makes it tough.

Fast food should be faster, especially when it's not a sit-down restaurant.

Missing items on mobile order, and old/stale fries and nachos. Chicken nuggets were also visually very unappealing - nothing like their advertisement. The nuggets also had a weird smell to them. Highly disappointed with this experience.

The staff working the shift from 12am ish to 1am ish on Saturday may 10th deserve a raise. They put their whole taco bellussy into my food. Plus they were friendly despite it being late and pretty busy for the time.

I had lunch at this location with my coworkers and the employees were all nice, friendly, and helpful. I don’t typically eat Taco Bell, but I’d actually go back to this location because of the employees. I ate spicy potato tacos, and they were pretty good.

This is my local Taco Bell. Come here often. It’s typically slow, but tonight was the worst service I have experienced in 25 years of enjoying Taco Bell…Not kidding. I don’t know what was going on tonight but I had to get out of my car and walk up to the window to confront the teenagers operating this establishment. They claimed they were “busy” with blank, brainless stares on their faces (as a teacher I see this daily and it’s really bad….). The lobby was empty and the drive thru had 5 cars…at the most. My wife and I had screaming kids in the car and were looking for something fast for dinner after an event we attended. It took about 30 minutes to get in line and get our food. Horrendous. Please re-train and upgrade this location if possible.
