Ordered a chicken quesadilla through UberEats on 4/3/2024 and ended up landing in the ER due to severe stomach pain, nausea and diarrhea. Turns out I got food poisoning from this location. Not fun, 10/10 would not recommend.

I will never be happy with a restaurant where you cannot order to a person. I do not want to have to figure out your computer to place my order. I want to tell you what I want, pay, eat. Simple. No one would even help. They just said use the "thing". I asked if I could place my order with them. Nope I have to use the "thing". Whatever. Not going back. Customer service sucks.
Walked in on Christmas eve at 1:20pm.No one at the counter, while they were playing rap music loud with the N word all in it. This is unacceptable. No establishment should be playing this type of music where little kids come in.I felt like I walked into a place in the Bronx.My husband and I just walked out.

Don't expect to walk up to the counter and order your meal... no, no, no, here you walk up to one of two kiosks and place your order and pray to God they know you ordered and paid.I honestly think you're better off just going through the drive thru. I walked in and stood at the counter waiting for someone to take my order, ten minutes later a worker walks out and tells me to order off the kiosk.I did and got my meal in a decent amount of time ( since there was noone else there).Shortly after I sat down people started walking in and also waiting for someone to take their order, several minutes later they were told to order through the kiosk . They ordered and stood there 25 mins only for the kitchen person to come out and ask everyone what they ordered and if they had paid already. This was ridiculous! Come on! Taco Bell have you become so out of touch that customer service is not important to you?This was the most bizarre thing I've ever seen at a "restaurant " I hope they "offer " the kiosk but bring back the counter person for some personal customer service. Next time I'll drive thru....Maybe that's what they want so they don't have to deal with people. Sad.

VERY SADmy husband and I walked in to order food and we stood at the counter.Not 1 person even acknowledged we were waiting . 2guys looked at us and NEVER said 1 thing.REALLY??Finally we just ordered on the kiosk.SAD this is the service we get?We were the ONLY ones in the placeTruly SAD CUSTOMER SERVICEThen they couldn't even cut the Mexican pizza?My bean burrito was runny almost like the consistency of water.I was supposed to have xtra cheese and onions on both of my burritos.I did Not.Another guy walked in And no one helped him either.
