We arrived at Taco Bell on 3/5/25 -30 minutes before closing and found that they had already closed. Yet it says the hours are from 9AM to 2AM. It’s confusing for customers who want to try and grab a quick bite to eat after work. All the lights and open sign were on but no one came to drive thru.

Horrible experience on 10/11/2024. Used drive thru. Assumed my order including TWO items would be correct. Of course, I got home to find we got the wrong order. It is not the closest store to my home, so it wasn’t worth the drive back. I called the store which admitted they gave us the wrong order, but still refused to provide a refund. The “manager” even hung up on me.
