Every time I go to the TacoBell in Richmond and Jessica is working, my experience is absolutely the best! She is always so bubbly and friendly! She is definitely a keeper. Need to hire more individuals like her.

I can't say that the taco bell ambiance is usually my scene but hey for 5 dollars you get a chalupa, a crunchy taco, a five layer burrito AND cinnamon twists and a drink. Well the bell has rung. And I am here for the bargain!

It was a take home order made perfectly as asked for staff is friendly turnout. Time was quick.
Everytime I got to this location the bottom of my taco is so soggy it sticks to the wrapper and all of the meat falls out. It never happens at any other Taco Bell I’ve been to so I don’t know it keeps happening at this one.

I just went at 1:30am to get two quesadillas and they were absolutely Perfect.. it was cut properly, each piece was loaded with just the right amount of chicken/cheese/sauce. I am very impressed. Great job guys

I usually go to this location all the time and it’s fine. went today and they had a sign on the drive thru saying “out of service, order at the window” no problem. I pull up to the window waiting for my turn and when I get there I try to place my order and the manager tells me to come inside to order. I did not want to go inside, that’s what drive thru is for. instead of taking my order there the manager tells me to go around the drive thru again and place my order. spent about 15 minutes waiting just to be told they can’t take my order. I ended up leaving without placing an order because I was upset about the inconvenience. wasted my time, very disappointed.
