Absolutely wonderful drive through experience. My receipt shows my cashier was Mir. The two people at the window were very nice and professional. It was nice to speak to a person at the drive through for my order. The man at the window had a conversation with me while I waited for my food. The food came out fast, hot and tasted great.

Today on December 3, 2025 after 6pm, I came to this location to receive items that were missing from the previous day, and returned to receive them. I want to thank the manager Mr.Jonathan for taking care of the customers by making a correction to the order. When I came in tonight I must say that my experience coming back was a very unpleasant and unprofessional one. I was assisted by a lady by the name of Ms.Jasmine G. if she is the actual person that signed on to that register. She looked up at the side of my head like I was the problem, and bothered by me mentioning about receiving what was already discussed to me. I was not there looking for a hand out, this was an order that had been paid for the day before. I was not the one who prepared the order the day before. I also wanted to add more items, that I would be paying out of my pocket, and she rudely walked away without hearing me out. So she sends Ms. Fatimah to help me with my order. I must that all my 5 star ratings is based on my experience with Ms.Fatimah. She was phenomenal and kind. She changed my feelings anger, to being able to smile. Whoever the manager me be, please acknowledge Ms.Fatimah for her act of kindness.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They do not try to help you place your order with the machine that you must use. You should not have to use the machine to place order if you do not want to.

I ordered a delivery recently from this location. They literally put a teaspoon full of meat on a taco and literally 5 very small bits of steak on a burrito and filled it with nothing but rice. Guys seriously, you shouldn’t be doing people like this. If you run out of meat, just stop selling the item. Prices are already high and to pay extra and literally have to take your fork to dig through a burrito to look for meat is crazy work. I’m not hurting for money, so no, don’t think I want anything or want an apology. I didn’t even call the store because I didn’t think it was worth it. I just want you all to do better for others, especially those that could potentially be using their last in these times to eat.

I was trying my best to not give a bad review because I like Taco Bell in general. However I purposely avoid this location even if I have to drive out of my way to another location. Everything you order they skimp out on the food. For example I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it's just a thin piece of grilled bread and cheese barely any chicken, sauce or cheese in it. Same will all the tacos and burritos. They are all just bread with barely anything in them. I would have thought maybe it was bad night for the employees, but not it's every single time I go.

Went for happy hour to get my kids a slushy after school and waited a total of over 20 mins for 4 drinks! I went inside and stood at the counter for 10 mins without being acknowledged then when I finally am able to get someone’s attention the guys tells me I have to order on the kiosk. After ordering at the kiosk I had to wait an additional 15 mins when people who had food orders after me were serviced before me when again I ONLY ORDERED DRINKS. Terrible service will never be back totally unacceptable!

My Husband and I spent $40 bucks at this Taco Bell tonight. Let me tell you, this is by far the worse location: the food was cold, hardly any taco meat and the shell was old and stale falling apart they also, didn’t get everything we ordered correct. Our cashier was Johnathan, he said everything was in the bag! Items were definitely missing! We called back and the lady manager was very combative as we were trying to explain. This was a horrible experience I know people will continue to come because it’s convenient but I won’t be back that’s for sure!
