Everytime I've come here I've gotten attitude from the person working the window. When their AI ordering system is wrong, they take their negative energy out on the customer. The food is fine, its Taco Bell. They need an overhaul with how they talk to their customers. I waited

i genuinely try to avoid this place like the plague because of how often orders for me have gotten mixed up or messed up, hair found in food, rude employees, etc. but last night me and some friends reluctantly decided to get some food here. we placed an order and sat down, and waited about 40 minutes for our food. in that time, 3 more customers (teenage girls) came in and ordered food, and got their food almost immediately. we also noticed the employees flirting with these customers and asking for their snapchats. needless to say they all got rejected. the incompetence of these employees is genuinely beyond me, i walked up to the counter 4 times to ask about the food, each time i was met with an annoyed and rude response. the employees were even bickering on who would make the food, because neither of them wanted to. by the way, this was about 20 minutes after placing our order. we continue to wait, and one of the employees decides to walk up to us and tell us that he can’t open the bag of beans in order to make our crunchwrap, and then asked if we wanted anything else. we said we would just like a refund please, to which he said “the only person here who can issue refunds is mrs. _______” (i forgot the name, but im assuming she’s a manager.) we wait longer and my friend decides to walk up and ask where our food was. his words being “i’m not trying to be rude, but can we get an update on the food because this is taking long.” the employees were being very rude and disrespectful to him, and then gave him the food. after he walked off we heard the employees yelling profanities about our friend in the back.
this establishment never fails to disappoint. employees are rude and clearly need training and also need to be taught basic manners as well, and food almost always gets mixed up or has something in it. i really hope in the future this establishment does something different or gets new management.

Well this is the saddest meal ever, I asked for no red sauce in my beans andI don’t have to even open the container andI can tell it is swimming in sauce and I ordered a medium nacho fries, not 1/2 of a med nacho fries and btw the drinks are nasty

Drive thru employee was very short & unfriendly, order missing an item, also had an entirely different burrito than was ordered, and then multiple items in the order were stale & noticeably not fresh.

Beneath the incandescent glow of suburban neon, Taco Bell revealed itself as a gastronomic paradox of sublime comfort 🌮✨. Each meticulously folded tortilla possessed a symphony of textures—crisply audacious, yet tenderly pliant—whispering narratives of spice, warmth, and exuberant satisfaction 🔥😋. The orchestration of flavors, from smoky chipotle to citrus-kissed salsa, generated an almost transcendental crescendo that defied modest culinary expectations 🎶🌶️. Even the humble cheese melted with ceremonial dignity, binding ingredients into a cohesive tapestry of edible harmony 🧀🫶. Service was swift, convivial, and unexpectedly gracious, elevating fast food into a marvel of joyful indulgence 🚀🍽️. Truly magnificent.

Management needs to seriously look into training the employees on customer service. Employees are rude and disrespectful. It is evident as to why this location is rated so low. I used to work at Taco Bell in my youth and this type of attitude was unheard of. Even the manger set a terrible example for her crew and it is obvious why the employees act the way they do. Terrible leadership.

Spent 25 minutes waiting for an order on an empty night... never received it and had to leave eventually. Lack of time management is off the charts.

Bad service at the drive-thru. I ordered four and only got three. It's chaotic; people don't know what they're doing. You pay for everything and still have to get out to pick up what's missing. This isn't the first time something like this has happened; they should be more organized and check the orders before delivering them. I wasted time and patience because of the mess.

Avoid at all cost, the restaurant smells like gym sweat, no customer services, people just wait awhile at the counter for someone to come and attend them. The hygienic condition is questionable.
