The manager Phil, was so kind and understanding with a mishap with Uber eats. He made sure to help resolve the issue and take care of us. Thanks for being kind Phil!!!!
Besides that, every time I go to eat here the food is always fresh and delicious. Phil is doing an awesome job keeping his location clean and delicious!

Went through the drive thru at 1pm and the male on the intercom and at the window (cashier) had a really bad attitude asked me if i wanted sauce when i got to the window, i couldn’t understand what he was saying because i don’t have the best hearing, and After asking him to repeat himself he said “nevermind” and walked away. I asked him if he was asking me if i wanted sauce and he said “yes” with an attitude. very unpleasant and disappointing experience. A young woman had to come on the intercoms to take my order in place of him after i asked for a minute to look at the menu, she was very pleasant but the male on duty wasn’t at all.

Don't understand why they take so long? It's like they're taking a nap or something?
I've been sitting in this drive thru with 3 other cars in front of me for like 30 min.
Maybe everything is made fresh? Or they are taking a nap? Hmmmm

I placed an order for pickup 1 hour in advance, when I reached, they had not even started my order, made me wait for another 30 min for my order. And the food was not made correctly, I am not coming back…

My daughter placed an order through Uber Eats. They only gave them the food and did not give them our Margaritas as it is Cinco de Mayo. The delivery person did not speak English so she had no way of knowing all items weren't together. She took what was given and left. We called Taco Cabana and was told the drivers are supposed to look at the receipt and make sure they have everything...WRONG. You are the business and you make the order and place everything together...or at least you should! Waste of an order because you have to order food to get the drinks and we really didn't want their food to begin with. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND PREPARE THE ORDERS PROPERLY.

New manager Phillip was just AWESOME. He made us feel like stars, truly appreciate his passion and love towards his clients. We will be definitely returning to this Taco Cabana.

Stood 20 minutes in line. CASHIER was cleaning tables. She messed up my order as I order flautas and she gave me chicken fajita tacos. Another 20 minutes for the food. Salsa bar was a mess. Trash all over the place. The drive thru customers were coming inside to get there food or their order was incorrect. This location needs fire everyone and start over. Its joke. Do not waist your time!

I just left the drive thru no one came on. One guy with glasses in the lobby sweeping. I thought this store closes at 10. I guess not

Waited 20 minutes for someone to come out and take my order. Every time I said excuse me, they’ll just walk past. All I ordered was 3 street tacos. Took about 45 minutes for it to come out. I’ve seen countless people leave because no one would come out. Plenty of DoorDash drivers upset because the orders weren’t ready. Workers are no help.

Ordered online and it was supposed to have been ready 10 minutes ago, I'm still waiting. I see 8 or so employees but only one actually working. As I'm typing this the one person being productive finally asked what I was waiting on.

Kid-friendliness: Tam work the window and she was very nice helpful and just a wonderful personality so when you go ask for Tam

Literally could stand here all day waiting on someone to take my order. Once we walked in, the employee working immediately responded saying he was on break when I had a question about the menu. Then, instead of getting another staff to come and help, the employee proceeded to ignore us. I would not recommend anyone to come here if you are on a time limit.
