Staff is rude, slow and it has changed a lot. Place is sometimes trashed with no paper towels available. There’s also a leak in the middle of the restaurant. Food is not to description at times. Bad experience I used to come here a lot years ago

That old lady with the braids was working the cashier but stepped away to mop the floor as my friend and I came and gave us the meanest and dirtiest look when we came and and proceeded to stare us down with that same look my friend and I felt so disrespected and just walked out sorry your life is so miserable that’s that’s how you portray your self as to everyone that walks in find another job if you hate yourself that much

Hours are wrong on the app. Came at 10:35 and the employees stated they were closed however the sorts and lights were still in. This is getting ridiculous at this location. Poor food quality. Poor customer service. The thing that sucks the most is that we were regulars at this location whether it be breakfast lunch or dinner. Completely disappointed. Update your social media presence because it says open till 12.

Worse service ever. Went in the morning. Cashier said registers didn’t work that I would have to go through drive thru. Not sure why she could not just take our order and process it there. We have kids and wanted to eat in the lobby. Common sense really had gone out the window. We ended up going to eat somewhere else.

Amazing experience the staff was extremely nice, and the chicken bacon melt is awesome, Dupree was very helpful and The manager Phil was very welcoming

Longest wait i've ever had at a Taco Cabana drive thru. Staff was rude and they were blasting inappropriate music on the inside. Won't be back and I understand the low reviews.
