Update...they have returned to poor service and low quality food. Just read the community bulletin boards. The place is a waste of business space.Update. If you call the manger or the home office, forget it. I marked my calendar. Five months. They do not care at all about customers or how they are treated..Update. Stopped to give them one more try. Keep driving folks. You ain’t that hungry.4/28/24: just as slow an rude as ever. I'll wait several months, but we will likely just ban thus place.

This location should close. I have gone through the drive thru 3 times, and the service was HORRIBLE. For some reason, the same young lady is there each time. This visit I opted to go inside in hopes of getting a different person. I walked in, and the front counter was barren. I waited and finally someone came to take my order. Long story short, the rude young lady from Drive thru did assist, and she delivered that same stank attitude. The flautas were floppy, I requested for them to be cooked crisp, the guacamole was old dark and rank smelling. I learn this when I reached my destination. Money down the drain...I won't be returning to this location.

Horrible service.What’s the point of placing a curbside order if I still have to get down & pick it up?It didn’t give an option that we were here.Went through the drive through got a nasty response mobile orders are supposed to be picked up INSIDE.How am I supposed to know that if the app doesn’t specify get out the car and pick up???

I grew up in San Antonio, where taco cabana was not only the best fast food tacos to go, but had the most amazing service. This location at Aliana is the worst. I don’t know where to even start. From the cold hard tortillas, to the food that comes out like it was cooked two days ago, to the incredibly rude employees! I can deal with the cold bean and cheese taco, but the absolute disgusting attitude of every single employee that works there is literally over the top! The only reason I go there is to get tacos for my work meetings and because it’s the closest to where I live. But there has not been one time going there that the employees look like they hate their jobs, they hate the world, they hate people! I don’t understand why Management cannot see this or doesn’t deal with it. There are such friendly employees at so many of the businesses around that taco cabana yet they seem to hire the worst of the worst with the absolute worst attitudes!

Overall everything was pretty good, as usual it takes longer because I think they make things as you order as the proteins take longer to prepare I believe. The drive thru cashier did not seem like she was happy to be there, otherwise everything was fine. I recommend the queso and the chicken fajita burritos???

There’s a reason there’s no one is inside or at the drive thru. Workers there hate their job and clearly show when speaking to customers. Not only that, they get the entire order wrong some how after repeating it back to you. If I can rate this eve lower I would. Don’t come here. Don’t waste your money on this place.

I placed an order through the app to be picked up through the drive-thru. When I got there, they told me to come inside. If I wanted to come inside, I would have chose that option. Second, I go inside and there is a line of people waiting on there order just like me. They are very understaffed, it seems. I only saw 1 employee the whole time I was there. Last, I get home and find my flautas are rubbery (like they have sat out forever) and my steak fajita burrito has NO STEAK! It's literally a tortilla with rice, beans, and mush. No fajita meat whatsoever, and I paid almost $10 just for the damn burrito! I will not be going back to this POS location, and I highly recommend you don't either. This is not the first issue I have had with this location, FYI. It is simply the worst issue I have experienced and is a sign that things will only get worse going forward. Buyer beware.

It's Taco Cabana. There's nothing fantastic about it but my food was fresh and everything tasted good. Some TCs have really slow service, but this one does pretty good IMO.

If you want to wait 30+ mins for a regular order, not even get what ordered, and for the manager to tell you they don’t refunds after all that, this is the place to go to. I’m not sure how corporate allows this place to run so poorly without any improvement.
