We went to the store today to buy drinks. My 3 year old child sat on one of the dark green chairs with the lower back cut out and the chair fell backwards when he simply started to lean his back on the backrest. He hit the back/side of his head on the concrete floor and was crying. We had to take him outside of the store to not disturb other people. No employee even came to check on us or see how he was. The chair has a narrow base and the legs aren't very wide front to back, so when a child like him sits and leans on the backrest, the chair would flip back. It is dangerous and more kids may get hurt and potential for very serious injuries with the bare concrete floor. He got a bump on his head now.
I came here today and bought 2 drinks, 1 of them was brown sugar, when my kids shaking the cup( they not dropped the cup at all) it was spilled because the top of the lid not sealed tight and the bottom of the cup was braking. No customers at that time, only us, when I asked the employee to change another cup, they even don’t bother to put the milk tea left in another cup, they used another cup put under the old cup was broken, I have to cleaned the messy from the milk tea by myself with no help from employees. Left with milk tea more than half of the cup even we didn’t drink anything yet. First and last time.
The most amazing study/hangout/aesthetic spot ever! First of all, it always smells so amazing in there and the drinks never disappoint. Most people go for the boba or brown sugar match which are amazing of course but what’s super underrated is their coffee menu. I have brought and put on sooo many of my friends to the coffee drinks they have because i genuinely don’t like anywhere else as much. Plus, they always decorate for the season and somehow have the greatest playlist ever. 10/10 love this place!!
I had a great experience! The shop has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, making it a perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends.
the staff was really nice and helpful! aside from the drinks being super yummy, they were very nice, even in the last hour before close.
My favorites 🤩🤩
Royal Artichoke is good!
First time visiting. Very cozy atmosphere and the neighborhood has lots of restaurants and stores. I got the taro brûlée with extra tapioca ball. I highly recommend and I’ll return! 😇🥂

my friend ordered the herbal tea for me. i asked for NO SUGAR expecting it not to be sweet as I am pre diabetic. After receiving the order, it was still sweet. We brought the drink back and they only told us after ordering that the base is already pre sweetened. They should have told us that before ordering. Pretty disappointed as now I have to find somewhere else to get a drink.

They have a matcha brûlée smoothie that’s great. I frequently get the honey dew. Put 50% sweetness, and bam! Amazing. My new go to place.
