First time I went was because someone said it was good. Second time was because it was better than expected. Like meat and chill ambiance, then this is the place. Ever I get back to Texas, this place will get my visit for sure! Busy though, no big surprise.

I have been coming with my family to this location since it first opened about 3 years ago. We always enjoyed the food and service, until tonight, 4/19/2024!After complaining about the over charges on my bill, the manager, Michael Retzlaff, would not accept my complain insisting his charges were correct.... After getting very upset, with much difficulty, I was able to proof to him his error and agreed to correct the bill on my favorite, however, he blamed me for the confusion and asked me never to come back to the restaurant! Unbelievable... Iwill be filling a formal complain with the Corporate office.Food:5/5 | |
This location was by far the worst experience I have had and would not recommend coming here. When we arrived at the restaurant we requested a table for 6 but were told we could not be seated until everyone arrived. I could see plenty of open tables and it was not busy. We were told by the manager that they would make no exceptions, that people lie about how far the guests are, and that we would be taking up a table for other customers and if we wanted to we could order a drink at the bar. We told him that our party was arriving soon and he said there would be a table ready when they got here. We decided to go ahead and get a drink at the bar and our party arrived 7 minutes later. I went back up to the hostess and let her know our party was here and instead, they seated other people that we just arriving. I waited and then asked again and she told me they were cleaning a table. The hostess and other employees were just gathered around laughing and looking at memes on their phones. When I asked again she looked up and said "Oh your table is ready". When we got to the table we had been waiting for, the floor had peanut shells everywhere and there was a dirty napkin and menu on the seat and you could clearly see it was not cleaned. We ask for the table to be properly cleaned or just seat us a the clean table next to it. They said that the table was closed . The waitress and the lady running our section acted like it was not a big deal and that we should just sit there. When NO ONE going to a restaurant would expect to be to be okay sitting at a dirty table or being treated, second class. After we called the manager he had the same sentiment and said that it looked clean. I then pointed out the half-eaten bread and crumbs under the table and stated it was when we arrived at the table. He finally moved us to a new section with a new waitress and we then had to wait again for our table to be cleaned. We were there for a celebration so we tried not to let this ruin the evening. We ordered our food and the waitress we had was nice. Everything we ordered was correct but the food was salty and my dad found a strain of black hair in his food. The manager replaced my dad's food to-go and when my dad tried to tell him about the salty food he told him that has was wrong and that's how it's supposed to be that their location seasons heavy and the "next time" he should order light seasoning. He told us to have a good night and left. I feel like this manager had an answer for everything and was very dismissive.

So last night our party of 6 ate dinner at about 8:30pm. Our server (don’t know his name) GRUMPY young man. Took our orders and just had a bad attitude the entirety of the night. We all ordered margaritas. Not one of us asked for the extra 2 dollar shots. All the drinks came with a colorful plastic thing in them and we thought nothing of it because we didn’t ask for anything special. We assumed it’s how they make their drinks.Well we get our bills and see the up charge on all of our drinks. So I tell the waiter we didn’t ask for the “extra shot” and he said he just assumed we wanted them. He gets us his manager Elda or Erica something with an E. And shes also flustered this evening and tells us she can’t remove the charges and asks how we ordered our drinks. I told her I ordered a strawberry margarita on the rocks with a sugar rim. She goes and she does something in the system and she comes back and she says she took six dollars off my check. And that she’s been in the industry for 31 years and that she can teach me how to actually order a drink, lol. Maybe you can teach your server not try to scam people out of extra money when they did not ask for extra shots. She also said a little bit advice if your margarita comes with anything in it that means it’s going to be an up charge again lol learn how to talk to people. Run it back on the cameras not a single one in my group asked for extra anything in their margaritas. Because of the server and because of the horrible manager, none of us will be back not that it matters, but it’s not how you keep customers. If you hate your job, maybe find a different one?

There, but we arrived around 9 something and the girls who were cleaning saw us and started laughing at us. It bothered me too much because we didn't ask if we were going. It was because we had money to eat. They served everyone there, except for us. last and still continued. Laughing and whispering then they attended to us and when I said I would give a bad rating they totally changed the truth if I wanted to leave but I didn't because we were hungry and we were already there... it's disappointing that they look at it I still miss it because of how you saw everything else I didn't like it I complained, the waitress we had was very friendly and super cute and the food was delicious but it would be good if they took everything else into account

Much nicer and much more positive than the Austin locations! Love the dancing and positivity! Keep it up!Vegetarian options: It’s a steakhouse…. Why would you even look this place up for a vegetarian option….. go back to California.Parking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Brought our kids! They loved it! Loved the food. Didn’t even need an iPad to distract our kids! We had a great time!
