I unfortunately have had to lower my rating after new management has taken over. This place had been a weekly staple for me and my family but lately I've been disappointed. First I want to say that the staff is unbelievable, I will always give Frank and the kitchen staff 5 stars, but the menu changes have been disappointing. The prices have almost doubled on some items and the best things like the brussel sprouts and jalapeno poppers are no longer on the menu. Im hoping things will smooth out because I don't want to stop coming here but I'm definitely less excited to go every week. My family and I might be taking a break for a while.

Don’t go here if you want your order taken or help with the menu. You will never be presented with a helpful employee just a ridiculous kiosk system bring back proper service flying cow!

The food was ok, but using an AI robot to take the job of a server is unconscionable. AI is coming for all our jobs eventually, but first it replaces the poorest and most vulnerable of us. Some poor waitress is out of a job so that disgusting robot can bump into chairs and park 20 feet from my table where I still have to get up and get my own food... Not cool. We definately wont be back.

My Fiancé and I came here for dinner tonight. We got there at 6:30, an hour and 30 minutes before they closed so we’d have plenty of time to eat. Granted, there was a big party there, so we expected a wait, however that’s where the issue comes in. We were told a 30 minute wait and ended up waiting over an hour and didn’t get our food until about 7:50, we had finished and paid at 6:39. Now of course, we understand that the time you wait for food can change, but no one notified us of how much longer it would take, we only stayed and waited because it was only supposed to be 30 minutes. But that is the only issue we had, other than that, the food is great! It’s a bit pricey, but it seems to all be cooked fresh which is super nice.

The best burgers for for at least 100 miles. The robot that delivers the food never gets old. Also the wage beef tallow is an op buff to cooking skill level. It can make anything you cool with it taste amazing even if you are a bad cook. If you live in Houston you need to try it.

Hanging with my son and we went to The Flying Cow for steaks. Ordered both of our steaks well done and they both came out like a medium rare, fries were cold, and tomato basil soup was like it was poured out of the can and barely warm. Kitchen was closed shortly after receiving our food so we just packed up and I finished cooking it when I got home. I like the place and this was the first time that this had ever happened so we will give it another shot. (Next time I will he sire to get pics of the food)

My senior group of 25 had reservations & went to the Flowing Cow last night (Friday night). We had preordered our food 3 months ago. There is no excuse for what happened to our group. Flying Cow when you have a large group come in there needs to be a manager on the premises not some high school kids who can’t help when things go way bad!!!

Came here with a large group that placed orders days in advance yet took 1.5 hours for our food to get to the table. We were provided 1 menu to order from yet were told management changed so prices went up. Save yourself the drive the food is not worth it. The management does not know how to run a business. Best part of this place is the trivia.

Had reservations for 6 pm for our group and only a few people got their orders on time. The rest of the group started to get their food 50 minutes later!!!

Greasy and poor quality and price is not worth it, thought it will be good because its Wagyu. Whataburger… Burger King and In &Out are the best. A waste of a long drive.

Great place—definitely 5 stars before they installed the ordering kiosks. These kiosks either need fixing or they should go back to good ol’ human order taking.

This is a Hidden Gem as you make your way here it seems as though you are lost but stick with it and follow the signs and you are treated to a cool experience. This place features Wagyu meat and you can see the cows in the pasture as your approach.
The selection of burgers is plenty ..Great shakes btw and they even sell Wagyu sausage and brisket to take home in packages. Don't be surprised if your food is delivered by a robot. Check this place out for sure..fun place. They also have a large TV in the dining room.

Food is always amazing, the robot serving is extremely cool, and the atmosphere is good. Only thing is that the bathrooms can be hard to find if you’re a first timer, and the location of the restaurant is very random.
