Truly never had a bad experience at tiffs treats. You always know what you’re going to get which I can appreciate. Consistently good and the cookies have actual FLAVOR and are not overly sweet like some of these other gourmet cookie places. Love it.

Compared to their competitors in the same zip code it's more cost effective and just as good quality wise especially in batches. Price wise you're better off ordering directly vs any "deals" they offer on UberEats. Standard chocolate chip is quite good and especially with pecans. Timeless flavors. The oatmeal raisin gives me heat burn for some reason though. I do agree with other assessments when you go to their physical location. This location's teens working are trying to hide from customers half the time which I've been a couple of times already so it's not a one off experience and u fortunately means one less star

This is a cashless establishment. I was gonna take my grandson for a snack while waiting on my daughter who was next door at a dentist appointment, but to my disappointment before I even walked in the door clearly says they are a cashless establishment……. No bueno

Love the cookies love the atmosphere. There was one young lady I would love to give a shout out to. I do believe her name is Janie. She welcomed me with an open smile greeting me as I walked in the store. She helped me pick out the most delicious cookies. She was so nice and so sweet and very helpful. Overall I loved her enthusiasm for the work place.

Walked in, absolutely no acknowledgment or anyone upfront to take my order. Stood there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to help, before walking out. The teens working here need to be taught better customer service skills.

Ordered cookies this evening. They were broken in half and hard. I think maybe it was a order sitting around for several hours or a day. Cookies were not edible. I contacted customer service and they were not helpful. It’s better to go to a grocery store and buy dough and bake your own.

I ordered some cookies to be delivered to a pal who had lost a beloved pet, and the wrong order was delivered. I contacted customer service and within 25 minutes a new order was created to make up for the error. I really appreciate the quick response time and excellent service. I will be using them again in the future.
