Very disappointing Torchy’s experience here at the Richmond location. Has lost its “Thank god it’s the weekend I’m glad to be here” feeling. The feeling of overpriced soul-less fast food has now replaced it. 11/20/2025 8:00pm Complete disrespectful, saddening customer service from manager Joseph.

Unfortunately I have been a patron here for years with moderate service, and that’s the only reason Im giving 2 stars. Tonight I went to eat with a group of my friends and they ID’d one of us, and they didn’t have their ID for a drink. Whatever, but then they served another in our group without having an ID. So when I approached the manager named Joseph about the ID’ing issue, that if they want to instill a strict ID policy it needs to be consistent at least. They then allowed another random patron to scream and harass my group, and tell me to call my mommy. The manager didn’t do anything about this interaction. The other people I was with did not take kindly to this and we were kicked out. These issues should not happen especially when a manager is present, and if a business wants to follow strict policy they need to for every patron. When I asked the manager why he didn’t ID my other friend, he claimed he knew him; yet right before that my friend said he had no idea who he was and that he must be new. Terrible customer service and problem resolution. I literally work in the same town center and go there frequently for my work lunch but don’t think I will be moving forward.

Fast, easy, tasty and great service. Can't ask for more.

The service here has really gone downhill quickly. Be prepared to wait 15 minutes for queso and more than 30 minutes for tacos. It's been like this for several months now.

The girl with the hairnet is gone, she was great. Service is no longer “damn good”. I wait forever at the bar for service. The guy/girl (not sure on his pronouns) is horrible. He/she can’t manage if more than 2 people are at the bar. I sat down for 10 minutes at the bar, no greeting, and it was not busy at 10:30am on Sunday…..another couple sat down after me but was served before I was, rude. This Torchy’s location is not as consistent as the Sugar Land location.

Online order pickup at 8:10. 8:45 finally recieve order. People ordering on the kiosk as I walk in somehow get orders first. Not a single word said other then they are working on when asked for name at 8:20.
