We ordered 2 family packs for pickup and when my husband came home, the tortillas, lettuce, beans, rice and salsa were all missing. He called them, and then drove all the way back only to be confronted by a lady employee who called him a liar and gave him a bad attitude. I wouldn't expect this from torchys, but they messed up, my husband had to leave his guests at home while he dealt with this, and didn't even get an apology. I'll go back to the sugar land location from now on.

I love Torchy's. I wish I could give more stars to this specific location. The managers and staff are consistently amazing, and wow me every time. I work in the Aliana plaza, so I could go anywhere for food and find myself choosing Torchy's more often than not because of the great service and great food. The team here is doing it right.

Lots of space. , great set up , but some problems. Chips on the floor, staff coming from the back eating chips. The wait was a little unreasonable. If staff is behind the counter , one working and see you waiting and donot complete you. Not good. Tables had trash left on it. The food was not worth the prices. The items were small and not tasty .

It is a bit of a maze to get to this torchys location. That being said it's also one of the nicer location in the Houston/surrounding areas. Restrooms are clean and so is the general seating area. The staff is always friendly as most torchys locations are. It can become busy during rush hours. But the food still come out hot and ready to eat.Parking: Parking by the entrance doors can be daunting as there are several restaurants next to this location. There is plenty of parking off to the side of the restaurant that requires about a 100ft walk.

Trashy= Spicy ( not flavorful, just spicy!!!)Everything was exceptionally spicy, my husband who eats hot sauce on Everything didn't enjoy this meal at all. We had horrible indigestion for a day n a half. Definitely wouldn't waste my money again, I was up all night sick.

This isn't my favorite Torchy's location. I'm not sure why but this location always takes so long. I've tried both dine-in and to go, doesn't make a difference. Always waited a really long time. My go tos are the shrimp and fried avocado tacos. Queso also if I'm really hungry. I didn't take photos of the tacos because by the time we got them we were so hungry and immediately ate them. 3 of us completely finished the chips, still had queso left but ran out of chips :( I don't know if you're able to ask for more and if there's a charge. We just wait for our food, didn't want to ruin our appetites. While we sat down, we noticed people coming in for their to go orders. We finally got our chips and queso, eventually got our tacos, ate, visited, left and those people were still waiting on their to go orders. I know to never stop at this location if I'm pressed for time.
